Luxurious sea front apartment right in the heart of Barcelona with a balcony overlooking the port and the “Barceloneta”. This 60m2, 1 Bedroom apartment, located in an old building next to the historic Miguel Cervantes has been completely refurbished to high standards in 2004. The apartment is one of two, which are side by side, both of which can be rented separately, or together, by a group of between 4, 6 and 8 guest.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guest. There is a king size bed (1.80) in the bedroom and a big sofabed in the livingroom. The main room comprises of a well equipped American kitchen with breakfast bar (Kitchen contains washer, dryer, dishwasher and refrigerator. We also provide iron, ironing board and hairdryer). The main lounge with very high (3m) ceilings with wooden beams has a 4 seater sofabed, SAT TV, DVD, ADSL and telephone for receiving and making phone calls. A large French window leads to the balcony which has amazing views over the port. The apartment features security card access, a safe, and Air Conditioning with heating.

Getting there
Metro lines L1 L3 L4metro lines run along both right and left borders of the Gòtico, while the transport hub of Plaça Catalunya (and its airport buses) sits just to the top. Mostly accessible on foot, through the windy medieval streets.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön. Die Küchengeräte waren leider nicht in entsprechendem Zustand, so z.B. die nicht funktionierende Kaffeemaschine, was aber letztendlich nicht ins Gewicht viel.

Very nice, clean und central for a short visit. very noisy, if the Window is open (Carrer de Colom), - but quiet enough in the bedroom at night. Everything you need is in the flat, the contact poerson was very friendly and on time. 3rd floor with a nice old elivator...

The accommodation was good, just I expected. There was only some problems with coffee maker (coffee came easily over) and in the bathroom, in the place you wash your hands clogged - water didn´t go down. Also the shower was a little bit difficult, hot/cold and very slowly:). Also we did not manage to make the airing to work. The apartment was nice, we liked it and the cituation was excellent!

Die Wohnung ist ideal für 2 Personen! Wen man mit 4 Personen in der Wohnung schläft muß man auf die Schlafcouch ausweichen! Die Qualität der Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer war sehr schlecht! Man konnte nicht schlafen!
