Comfortable, one bedroom apartment with sea views located in the Barceloneta district of Barcelona. The apartment is located on the third floor (no lift) of a renovated building right beside the beach. It was redecorated at the beginning of 2003 and equipped with new furniture. It features one bedroom with a double bed and in the living room the sofa can be converted into a bed for two people. The bathroom is well designed and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need including a 4 hob gas cooker.
The area of Barceloneta is famous for being close to the beach and also for its many seafood restaurants. At the same time it is within easy walking distance of the Gothic Quarter and the Born area, and the area is also well connected by bus and metro.

Die Übergabe der Wohnung war völlig problemlos. Die Kontaktperson war sehr herzlich, hat uns Tips gegeben und sich Zeit genommen, alles zu erklären. Die Wohnung war sauber und alles hat funktioniert. Die direkte Nähe zum Strand ist super, ins Stadtzentrum kann man bequem zu Fuß laufen. Es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt.

Previous posts had referred to problems with the drains and with the front door lock. Apparantly both had been resolved but the problem with both still remains. There is a fan for the bathroom so i suggest people leave that on. The fact that the lock had allegedly been changed appears to be blatently incorrect. We spent many minutes struggling to open the door. The apartment is also supposed to have internet. A 3g pay as you go dongle was given to me in a battered box. This does not meet my expectation of internet, apart from 3g being a poor experience with a laptop how do you connect your iphone or blackberry?? Misleading advert

top person-very very friendly and caring- everything very uncomplicated. it was a nice flat, contact person=very,very friendly and caring -we had a great week-only some steps to the beach! yeah, we liked it!!!
