Comfortable, one bedroom apartment with sea views located in the Barceloneta district of Barcelona. The apartment is located on the third floor (no lift) of a renovated building right beside the beach. It was redecorated at the beginning of 2003 and new furniture was bought. There´s one bedroom with a double bed and in the living room the sofa can be converted into a bed for two people. The kitchen and bathroom are also well designed and fully equipped.
The area of Barceloneta is famous for being close to the beach and also it´s many seafood restaurants. At the same time it´s within easy walking distance to the Gothic Quarter and the Born area, there are also good communications by bus and metro.
The apartment has internet USB connection.ExtrasFor check-in after 20h there is an extra cost of 30€
For check-in after 23h there is an extra cost of 40€

top person-very very friendly and caring- everything very uncomplicated. it was a nice flat, contact person=very,very friendly and caring -we had a great week-only some steps to the beach! yeah, we liked it!!!

Super sympathique. Aucun problème pour prendre contact avec proprio. L'emplacement excellent. Seulement un petit B-mol. La salle de bain était défraichie joint de sicicone était vraiment dû. Moisissure dans les coin de la douche Toilette ne fonctionnait pas bien, Devait tirer la chaine en levant le couvert du réservoir. L'air climatisée ne se rendait pas dans la chambre.
