Two bedroom apartment in the L´Eixample District

Strange smell in the bathroom but for the price may be an option to consider.

Moisture on the walls, unbearable smell in the bathroom, smell of sewage not assigned despite ventilation continues to exhibit we submitting to neighbours cooking odours, more hot water flow is very random. Contact on-site warned, he said that he would go to the apartment, which he did not. Should ...be wider on the day of departure, contact charged us 50? (departure before 8 pm) he arrived 20 minutes late we require to take a taxi (faster than the bus originally planned) we are disappointed this location whose remarks had supposedly been taken into account, we have confidence... 

Humidité sur les murs, odeur insupportable dans la salle de bain, odeur d'égouts qui ne cède pas malgré une aération continue de la pièce nous soumettant de ce fait aux odeurs de cuisine des voisins, de plus le débit d'eau chaude est très aléatoire. Le contact sur place a été prévenu, il... dit qu'il se rendrait à l'appartement, ce qu'il n'a pas fait. Il faut prévoir large le jour du départ, le contact nous a facturé 50€ (départ avant 8h) il est arrivé 20 min en retard nous obligeant à prendre un taxi (plus rapide que le bus initialement prévu) Nous sommes déçus de cette location dont les remarques avaient soit disant été prises en compte, nous avons fait confiance...

Faut savoir utiliser les téléphones en Espagne mais apr`s cela fut facile de communiquer.

Apartment was really nice and clean on arrival, very happy with my booking

6/10 well located apartment (metro two not supermarket in the face) and well organized (nice decoration) but a lot of noise the cleanliness of the apartment is to review (smell of permanent pipeline in the apartment, residues of musty smell in the fridge that we have not used because it) note ...OH(06/05/10) owner solved the problem of malodourswith a specific product lines, and the fridge was cleaned, and now works perfectly. 

6/10 appartement bien situé (metro à deux pas; supermarché en face)et bien agencé (joli décoration) mais beaucoup de nuisances sonores La propreté de l'appartement est à revoir (odeur de canalisation permanente dans l'appartement, résidus de moisi dans le réfrigérateur que nous n'avons ...pas utilisé à cause de ça) <br/><br/> note de OH(06/05/10) Le propriétaire a solutionné le problème des mauvaises odeurs, avec un produit spécifique pour les canalisations, et le frigidaire a été nettoyé, et fonctionne maintenant parfaitement. 

Good size and good location. The price was very reasonable.

Housing: health a little limited to cleanliness level and lack of cutlery in the rental kitchen: Street noisy especially in the morning but we enjoyed the music and the laughter in the neighbors on the other side of the street contact person: hyper courteous and available, perfect!

Logement : sanitaires un peu limite au niveau propreté et manque de couverts dans la cuisine Location : rue bruyante surtout au petit matin mais avons apprécié la musique et les rires chez les voisins de l'autre coté de la rue Personne de contact : hyper courtoise et disponible , parfaite !
