Description
Large, comfortable, three bedroom apartment in the district of Clot. The apartment which was redecorated in winter of 2005 is about 10 minutes from the famous Sagrada Familia and well communicated with the Gothic quarter by metro and bus.
The apartment is located on the sixth floor of a block with an elevator. It has three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two individual rooms, a completely equipped kitchen, bathroom and a balcony with a table and chairs. The apartment is ideal for families or those who would like to visit Barcelona but not be in the Gothic Quarter.
For bookings of more than three people, the owner only accepts bookings of families or of more than 35 years old persons.

Extras
If you are travelling with infants (under 2 years) you are obliged to rent a cot for the baby. There is a charge of 6€ per night to cover the cost of the cot, bed linen, blankets and facilities provided for the baby.
For late arrivals to the apartment (after 23.00hrs) there is a charge of 20€.
Neither of the above charges are included in the price shown below, they are to be paid directly to the landlord on the day of arrival.

L'appartamento è nuovo e pulitissimo, tutto perfettamente funzionante e tanto luminoso. Sembrava di essere a casa!!!! C'è tv e anche wifi. L'appartamento è silenziosissimo, oltre al fatto di trovarsi al 6° piano le finestre sono a prova di rumore. Si trova a 5 min dalla sagrada familia, e ha due linee di metro ad un isolato di distanza, (linea gialla e linea viola, mi sembra) che permettono di arrivare a tutti i capi della città. Il ragazzo che ci ha accolto è stato gentilissimo e ci ha dato tante dritte sui posti da visitare e posti ok dove mangiare. Ah, quasi dimenticavo, proprio sotto il palazzo si trova un supermercato, una frutteria e a pochi passi la farmacia e il pronto soccorso. Se fosse stato anche vicino al mare me lo sarei comprato!!!! Sono stato benissimo!!!! viva barcellona!!!!

10/10 La personne de contact était charmante, avenante et disponible. L'appartement était ultra propre, tout brillait, grands placards, tout fonctionnait correctement. Je recommande vivement cet appart, tant pour des familles qu'un groupe d'amis ou pour un voyage d'affaires (ce qui était mon cas). Un supermarché au pied de l'immeuble ouvert jusqu'à 21h (super pratique), 2 stations de métro à proximité (ligne bleue et ligne violette), un quartier vivant mais pas trop (le juste milieu parfait) à 8 minutes à pieds de la Sagrada Familia. La chambre avec lit double donne sur la rue, donc légèrement bruyante. 2 balcons. Super cuisine et SDB. Excellent séjour !
