Newly renovated apartment in Barcelona´s city centre (2006). The apartment has four bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two single beds and two with one single bed each. The two single rooms can be turned into one doubleroom with 2 single beds. There are two bathrooms as well as a kitchen and comfortable living room. The apartment is located in the L´Eixample Izquierda district with good access to Plaza Catalunya, the Gothic Quarter and Las Ramblas. In and around the area are many shops, grocers, cafe´s and bakeries.
Please note:
The owner only accepts bookings for families and for groups older than 24 years old.
For rental periods longer than one month the electricity bill is charged separately.
