The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed as well as a double sofa bed and a single sofa bed for a fifth person. There´s a comfortable living room as well as an open plan kitchen and a bathroom with a shower.

Appartamento carino, ma con polvere, stoviglie utilizzate e messe a posto non pulite, lavandino del wc non funzionante e dopo avere chiamato il titolare non è stato risolto il problema per tutta la durata del soggiorno.

The apartment is in a very good location. Walking distant to Passeig De Gracia, the main square & La Rambla. It will be great if toilet paper, hand towels, etc are provided.

This flat is perfectly situated in Barcelona, 100 meters of the "Catalunya place". We arrived a little bit late but the person in contact waited for us and was very open in case of needs. L'appartement est parfaitement situé dans Barcelona, à 100 mètres de la place de Catalogne. Nous sommes arrivés tard mais le propriétaire nous a attendu et s'est montré trés disponible pour tout type de demandes. The flat was exactly the one shown on the website. No bad surprise. L'appartement était exactement comme montré sur le site web, pas de mauvaise surprise.

L. est très sympa, il nous a bien accueilli. L'appart est idéalement situé entre les Ramblas et la Passeig de Gracia ( la rue des commerces), On avait pas bien compris mais même le ménage est compris!! pas de prises de tête.. Seul petit mais mini bémol, la rue est un peu bruyante mais c'est ça l'Espagne!!

Excellent accomodation and Location. Right in the centre of Barcelona and only minutes from the Metro, supermarkets, and nice bars and restaurants. Noise level also minimal due to excellent double glazing! Contact person was very friendy and flexible to our needs. Highly recommend you stay here! Very professional service
