One bedroom apartment in Barcelona's city centre

The apartment is really good: close to metro, district uppe and chic of Barcelona, a few steps from casa Gaudí. Disadvantage: no parking at reasonable price has proximity. The owner is friendly and reagent (problem of hot water 1 evening set the day after ...) morning). An effort can be made on the household. I will return to this address next time.

L'appartement est vraiment très bien situé: proche métro, quartier uppé et chic de Barcelone, a deux pas des casa Gaudi. Inconvénient: pas de parking à prix raisonnable a proximité. Le propriétaire est accueillant et reactif (problème d'eau chaude le 1er soir réglé le lendemain ...matin). Un effort peut être fait sur le ménage. Je retournerai a cette adresse la prochaine fois.  

The contact person did us we call it three times. We got to the door of the building and wait for it until it arrived. The Department lacked cleaning. The linen in bad conditions, humidity smell, a broken cover. The broken sofa bed (headboard remained below the level of the ... rest. The iron does ...not work. Poor equipment, a variety of dishes which is a grout of leftovers and not a detail of good taste. I do not recommend it although its location is good. Rather recommend to not choose you. 

La persona de contacto nos hizo que la llamáramos tres veces. Que llegáramos a la puerta del edificio y esperarla hasta que llegara. Al departamento le faltaba limpieza. La ropa de cama en mal estado, olor a humedad, una funda rota. El sofa cama roto (la cabecera quedaba por debajo del nivel del ...resto. La plancha no funciona. Equipamiento deficiente, una variedad de vajilla que es un rejunte de sobras y no un detalle de buen gusto. No lo recomiendo aunque su ubicación es buena. Mejor dicho recomiendo que NO lo elijan. 

This apartment should be rented for its location. It did however smell strongly of cigar smoke which irritated me and small details like no toilet roll on arrival, and some kitchen items like a toaster would make the stay more enjoyable. There are uneccessary decorative objects, wonky shelves and ...broken furniture that need getting rid of. It was relatively quiet and functions satisfactorily. The location is great for getting around by metro or on foot though, but in a fashionable/wealthy area so things are hiked up price wise. No wifi was also a bit of a pain and so I reluctantly used starbucks around the corner. The contact person was freindly and flexible. Nothing wrong with service as such. The apartment perhaps a little overpriced and in need of some refreshment.  

It was an ideal location. It is very close to Las Ramblas. The apartment was very clean and cosy. The landlord was very friendly and helpful on our arrival. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone.

Apartment very well located: in the city center, safe neighborhood, including the evening, unlike the neighbourhood of la Rambla. Building under video surveillance, and very clean light. Apartment clean and neat, very pleasant and comfortable: air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, dressing,... shower massage with radio... the layout of the apartment is also a plus. We will not hesitate to return for a future stay in Barcelona. 

Appartement très bien situé: en plein centre ville, quartier sûr, notamment le soir, contrairement au quartier de la Rambla. Immeuble sous vidéo-surveillance, et tenu très propre. Appartement propre et soigné, très agréable et confortable: climatisation, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, dressing,... douche massante avec radio ... la disposition de l'appartement est également un plus. Nous n'hésiterons pas à y retourner pour un futur séjour à Barcelone.  

Apartment very comfortable in ottimissime conditions the only downside unfortunately is slightly uncomfortable beds. With the most perfect location in the Centre of two minutes from Plaza Catalunya and the Rambla accordingly ... I\'d say impeccable choice!

Appartamento molto confortevole in ottimissime condizioni l'unica nota negativa purtroppo riguarda i letti leggermente scomodi. Con ubicazione più che perfetta in pieno centro a due minuti da Plaza Catalunya e di conseguenza sulla Rambla... Direi inappuntabile scelta!
