The apartment is furnished in a modern style and consists of two double bedrooms (one with a TV only for DVD player), one ensuite with an additional bathroom (both bathrooms have baths and power showers), a living room (with cable TV, DVD/CD facilities and wireless internet access), a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry yard and a 96 sq metre sun terrace with an outside seating area. The flat itself is 90 sq metres. The apartment is colourful and charming and situated on the junction of Carrer Arago and Carrer Padilla in the Eixample district of Barcelona. It lies between Monumental and Sagrada Familia metro stations and is a five minute walk from both. It is on the first floor and there are two lifts. There are numerous shops, restaurants and cafes nearby and it is 3km from the city centre, a short taxi or metro trip away. Alternatively one can walk into town and admire the historic architecture and observe numerous landmarks and points of interest on the way.

Sagrada, U-Bahn, kleine Lokale und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur wenige Geh-Minuten enfernt; Whg sauber und ordentlich wie beschrieben; Küche leider sehr mager ausgestattet. Tipp: Geschirrhandtuch mitbringen. Whg hellhörig, Ohrstöpsel waren für uns notwendig. Aufgrund Änderung Analag in Digitalsignal kein deutsches TV-Progamm möglich. Terrasse war für uns sehr wichtig und hat alle kleinen Mängel mehr als wett gemacht. Kontaktperson super freundlich, hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend. Fazit: Wir 3 Mädels würden jederzeit wieder buchen

Very comfortable and clean. We needed duvet covers for the duvets, and bin bags for the kitchen bin, but overall the facilities were very good

clean and well looked after; the facilites were very good and there was a nice terrace and two good bathrooms. perhaps more kitchen equipment and an extra seat would be helpful for when 4 people stay. in a very nice area and close to underground. The contact person O. was very helpful and efficient
