Two bedroom apartment near Plaza Cataluña, Barcelona

The cleaning in the apartment was pretty bad, left much to be desired. The hassle-free and friendly contact person.

La limpieza en el apartamento era bastante mala, dejaba mucho que desear. La persona de contacto amable y sin problemas.

The heating is not heated enough. Nothing to say except ca.

Le chauffage ne chauffait pas assez. A part ca rien a dire.

The photo of the roof terrace is misleading, the real terrace is on the other side, according to the contact, further it seemed as though the door directly to the terrace was, what was not so.

De foto van het dakterras is misleidend, het echte terras is aan de andere kant, volgens de contactpersoon, verder leek het alsof de deur naar het terras rechtstreeks was, wat niet zo was.

Der Wohnungseigentümer bestätigt, dass die Fotos der Wohnung der Realität entsprechen und die Wohnung über eine 200 m2 große Terrasse verfügt. Man kann diese entweder direkt von der Wohnung aus oder über eine gemeinschaftlich genutzte Tür erreichen.

The rooms are very small, the somewhat more comfortable room has no doors, only a curtain, the smaller room with door is really tiny and has no comfort. A bed in the living room can be used in addition, but it feels very cramped and spend as little time in the apartment. The location of the ...apartment is great, very close to the Centre of Barcelona and the nights are surprisingly quiet. In fine weather, you can out on the roof, which is pleasant. Barcelona liked us very well, we were moderately satisfied with the home. 

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, das etwas komfortablere Zimmer hat keine Türe, nur einen Vorhang, das kleinere Zimmer mit Türe ist wirklich sehr winzig und hat keinerlei Komfort. Ein Bett im Wohnzimmer kann zusätzlich benutzt werden, doch man fühlt sich schon sehr beengt und verbringt möglichst ...wenig Zeit in der Wohnung. Die Lage der Wohnung ist toll, sehr nahe dem Zentrum von Barcelona und die Nächte sind erstaunlich ruhig. Bei schönem Wetter kann man raus aufs Dach, was angenehm ist. Barcelona hat uns sehr gut gefallen, mit der Wohnung waren wir mäßig zufrieden. 

Tolle Dachterasse (aber Achtung: ohne Licht - Kerzen helfen aber prima). Wohnung Schön und hell, Küche gut ausgestattet. Einziges Manko, mit dem Leben gut aber man kann: grosses Schlafzimmer hat keine Tur sondern nur Gardine zum Wohnraum.
