The apartment is one of eight in a fully reformed building with an elevator. This apartment has one bedroom, an open living/dining room (with a doble sofa bed), a bathroom and a balcony
The apartment is fully equipped with internet connection (you must bring your own laptop), satellite t.v, washing machine, air conditioning and heating. There is also an equipped kitchen with electric hobs for cooking, microwave, kitchen utensils etc.
The apartments are ideal for families (a baby cot can be provided on request) or groups of friends as they are right in the city centre and all the major sights, such as the Cathedral, the Marina, Las Ramblas are only a few minutes away.
The owners do not accept groups for hens/stag weekends.

Could have been a washing machine in an apartment. Other than that my stay was very nice. Service was pleasant and nice and cant complain about anything in this regard.

The apartment was very nice and well located. The person who greeted us gave us a tour and explained everything very well. We were impressed that we were provided with a map and tourist flyers, as well that the kitchen was stocked with basic amenities (i.e. plastic wrap, dishwashing detergent, salt and pepper, etc) our only complaint was the bed - two single beds pushed together was not very comfortable for us. Also, I would suggest a fridge with a freezer to store ice.
