This apartment is in Unión street, 30 metres from the famous boulvard Las Ramblas. The apartment is one of eight in a fully reformed building with an elevator. This apartment has one bedroom, an open living/dining room (with a doble sofa bed), a bathroom and a private terrace.
The apartment is fully equipped with internet connection, satellite t.v, washing machine, air conditioning and heating. There is also an equipped kitchen with electric hobs for cooking, microwave and kitchen utensils.
The apartments are ideal for families (a baby cot can be provided on request) or groups of friends as they are right in the city centre and all the major sights, such as the Cathedral or Las Ramblas are only a few minutes away.
The owners do not accept groups for hens/stag weekends.

We really loved the clean appartment. It was the same as on the pictures! The balcony is small but with 2 people easy to sit on with a bit of creativity. The street is calm during the day. By night it seems to be a more busy street but a night on your balcony is extremely interesting to see all the people passing by. The location is perfect. Near to superb restaurants and for a quick drink or snack! Licieu metro station is also really near. Next time we will book this appartment again!

Das Apartment war absolut sauber, zweckmäßig und durchaus elegant eingerichtet. Es ist alles dabei, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. - Allerdings ist das Viertel spät am Abend und nachts nicht sehr sicher, wir waren Zeugen von einem Raubüberfall.

sehr schönes und sauberes Appartement (noch schöner als auf der Homepage beschrieben); super Lage - nur wenige Minuten zur Ramblas, an Hafen und in die Stadt und trotzdem relativ ruhig in einer Seitenstraße gelegen
