The apartment is one of eight in a fully reformed building with an elevator. This apartment has one bedroom, an open living/dining room (with a doble sofa bed), a bathroom and a small balcony.
The apartment is fully equipped with internet connection, satellite t.v, washing machine, air conditioning and heating. There is also an equipped kitchen with electric hobs for cooking, microwave, kitchen utensils etc.
The apartments are ideal for families (a baby cot can be provided on request) or groups of friends as they are right in the city centre and all the major sights, such as the Cathedral, the Marina, Las Ramblas are only a few minutes away.
The owners do not accept groups for hens/stag weekends.
