This apartment is located at Unión street, just 30 metres away from the famous boulevard Las Ramblas, the building has been totally refurbished and it disposes of an elevator.
This apartment has one bedroom with two single beds which can be united, an open living/dining room (with a double sofa bed), a bathroom and a private terrace. The apartment is fully equiped with internet connection (you must bring your own laptop), satellite t.v, air conditioning and heating. There is also a fully-equipped kitchen with electric hobs for cooking, microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine.
The apartment is ideal for families (a baby cot can be provided on request) or groups of friends as it is right in the city centre. All the main tourist attractions, such as the Cathedral, the Marina, Las Ramblas are only a few minutes away.
The owners do not accept groups for hens/stag weekends.

first of all i want to say that your apartment was one of the best apartments i went to in barcelona. also the cleaningwoman did a good job ! she cleaned more than she should (for my opinion). because she cleaned also the dishes which should be my work when using it. to the sheets... the hair looked like short hair from a beard. sn maybe the hair stuck in the sheets and the washingmachine could'nt get it out... it happend when i arrived. but it wasnt a big problem. so i'm looking forward to stay next time in one of your apartments.

A very nice apartment, close to Ramblas, excellent location. No noise at all from other apartments and on fifth floor (with lift) so little noise from the street. Plenty of room for 3 guests, nice touches like ground coffee in the cupboard and a stove top espresso maker. Would definitely recommend.

Apartment was excellent. Well laid out and furnished with a lot of thoughtful extras including free Wi-fi, international news TV channels and a quiet balcony. Would highly recommend.
