Description
This very nice and modern apartment is located right in the center of Barcelona. It is 5min within walking distance to the Plaza Catalunya and the Ramblas. It has light and spacious rooms with parquet flooring for up to six persons. There are two bedrooms and a spacious dining and living room with some comfortable furniture and a direct access to the balcony. The kitchen is completely equipped with an oven, gas hobs, microwave, an extractor hood, crockery and cutlery. Further useful utensils are: TV, AC, washing machine and an iron.
There is a public parking in front of to the building. The service has an extra cost not included in the rental price.

The appartment was in an excellent location. On the whole the appartment was in very good condition and a very good layout, only minor complaint was that the wall tiles in the shower area could have been a little cleaner

Apartment was very clean and spacious for a family of four. Ideally situated for Las Ramblas, underground, tourist bus stops and supermarkets. Would definately use it again if we came to Barcelona.

Some form of sound proofing on the apartment front door would be benefitial as any noise outside(roadworks in our case)was carried along the hallway. The bathroom particularly the shower cubilcle had mould on the ceiling and needs decorating. Pull down sofa bed in living area uncomfotable to sit and sleep on.

Schön wäre eine funktionierende Kaffeemaschine und ein funktionierender Backofen. Aber das ist nicht wirklich wesentlich. Für 2 bis 3 Personen optimale Unterkunft. Die Schlafmöglichkeiten für die anderen möglichen 2 Personen sind nicht gut, da die Sofas völlig durch gesessen sind. Dennoch: wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit!
