Modern apartment with balcony beside the Ramblas

We had to wait 15 minutes for our contact person and it was very hot on the street. We were very desapointed about this location. Even the taxi driver advised us that it is a very risky area, that we would have to pay close attention as it is very easy for thieves to escape to the Ramblas No lift ...it was a nightmare with the bagages. This appartment smell the cold Tabaco, it is a shame. I will never recommandate Tahar SEGHIER

We were a group of 6 young people and the location was ideal, very simple and efficient reception, and finally the appartment was clean, rather class nickel.

Nous étions un groupe de 6 jeunes et l'emplacement était idéal, l'accueil très simple et efficace, et enfin l'appart était nickel, propre et plutôt classe.

The apartment was exactly as we had imagined and pick up the keys worked easily.

Appartement propre, chambres spacieuses, cuisine très bien équipée...on s'y sent comme chez soi! La situation est excellente (50 mètres à pied de la Rambla)et l'environnement relativement calme. Très recommandable!

Well, lacking only the elevator. Very peaceful, there was no noise. The neighborhood was very well, very central, we have almost everything on foot.

Très bien, il manquait seulement l'ascenseur. Très paisible, il n'y avait pas de bruit. Le quartier était très bien, très central, nous avons presque tout fait à pied.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour très.Le logement correspondait à ce qui était annonce parfaitement.Il est très well amenage, in très bon état, well entretenu et très bien situé. Il temps temps and le soir tard, a bruit d\' écoulement d\'eau (comme if des gens au dessus prenaient leur... douche) au niveau du climatiseur premiere entrant celui à hauteur of la cuisine et chambre.Le personnel de la réception a été tres charmant et très professionnel.Nous reviendront sans aucun doute, mais if you cela est possible nous prendrons une location au 20 pour bénéficier of l\'ascenseur, car nous étions personnes agées et acconpagnes the montée des escaliers leur était un peu difficile.

Il y a de temps en temps le soir tard, un bruit d'écoulement d'eau (comme si des gens au dessus ...prenaient leur douche) au niveau du climatiseur de la première chambre en entrant et de celui à hauteur de la cuisine. Le personnel de la réception a été très charmant et très professionnel. Nous reviendront sans aucun doute, mais si cela est possible nous prendrons une location au 20 pour bénéficier de l'ascenseur, car nous étions acconpagnés de personnes âgées et la montée des escaliers leur était un peu difficile.  

Ideally located 50 metres from the Rambla.Very clean and well equipped apartment (sugar, salt, oil and coffee available).However three floors without elevator (narrow stairs).I recommend this apartment.

idéalement situé à 50 mètres de la Rambla .Appartement très propre et bien équipé ( sucre, sel, huile et café mis à disposition). Par contre 3 étages sans ascenseur (escalier étroit). Je vous recommande cet appartement.

Sehr schlecht zu lüften, da eine stinkende laute Abzugslage eines Restaurants da ist. 2 Schlafzimmer nur zum schlecht belüfteten Innenhof. Vermittlung und Personal sehr nett unt gut. Wie erwähnt sehr schlecht zu lüften. Leider kein einziges deutsches TV Programm trotz Satellit.

Der Eigentümer der Ferienwohnung bestätigt, dass diese mit Satellitenfernsehen ausgestattet ist und er jederzeit bei Problemen erreichbar ist.

We were extremely happy with the apartment itself - clean, roomy, amazing location, everything worked - and the professionalism of Oh-Barcelona and the apartment owner.
