very special little house... its magic

The apartment is quiet and comfortable in their own way. The connection to the city centre easy and convenient. The courtyard invites you to relax. Kitchen facilities may be more abundant. To recommend for people with night-time silence.

Die Wohnung ist ruhig und auf ihre Art gemütlich. Die Anbindung zur Innenstadt einfach und bequem. Der Hof lädt zum Ausruhen ein. Die Küchenausstattung könnte noch etwas reichlicher sein. Ansonsten für Leute mit nächtlichen Ruhebedürfnis zu empfehlen.

The location of the apartment was good (upper class), the owner was very friendly and courteous (although considerable delay she waited on us). The apartment was very specifically set up (we found good it for two days), very infantile and Spartan. Highlight, but here the exterior can be warmer ...sections certainly spend a great time. Unfortunately, it was slightly damp in the apartment, which however should be normal for Barcelona in this season.We were all in all, zufriedenJOGA 

Die Lage der Wohnung war gut ( gehobene Klasse), die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend (trotz erheblicher Verspätung hat sie auf uns gewartet). Die Wohnung war sehr speziell eingerichtet (wir fanden es für zwei Tage gut), sehr infantil und spartanisch. Highlight jedoch der ...Aussenbereich, hier lässt sich in wärmeren Abschnitten sicher eine schöne Zeit verbringen. Leider war es etwas feucht in der Wohnung, was jedoch wohl in dieser Jahreszeit normal für Barcelona sein dürfte. Alles in allem, waren wir zufrieden JOGA

Sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Symphatisch und unkompliziert. Ruhige, sichere Lage der Wohnung. Wohnung sehr sauber, Dusche sehr klein aber ok.

La casita is really cozy and is located in a place quiet ideal for people who want to really relax after a day of long walks, arrive and relax really, without ruidos.la really delighted would.

la casita es de verdad muy acogedora y esta ubicada en un sitio muy tranquilo ideal para gente que quiera descansar de verdad despues de un dia de largas caminatas, llegas y te relajas de verdad , sin ruidos. la verdad volveria encantada.

Furnished with effort, but partly somewhat shabby.

Zwar mit Mühe eingerichtet, aber doch teilweise etwas schäbig.

The apartment was very dirty and completely dark. You had to turn the light on during the day always. The shower was so small that an adult finds hardly any place therein. The kitchen utensils are old and worn out. The furniture seem to be bulky and the mattresses are located by total. It was a ...single disaster. Alone with the landlord was nice. The situation is to say that you must forever walk to the Metro. Much too far away from the action. 

Die Wohnung war sehr dreckig und komplett dunkel. Man musste auch während des Tages immer das Licht anschalten. Die Dusche war so klein, dass ein Erwachsener kaum Platz darin findet. Die Küchenutensilien sind alt und abgenutzt. Die Möbel scheinen Sperrmüll zu sein und die Matratzen sind total ...durchgelegen. Es war eine einzige Katastrophe. Allein der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war nett. Zur Lage ist zu sagen, dass man ewig zur Metro laufen muss. Viel zu weit weg vom Geschehen.

Der Eigentümer der von Ihnen gebuchten Ferienwohnung bestätigt, dass er den Zustand der Wohnung überprüft und sichergestellt hat, dass die Wohnung sowohl hinsichtlich Ausstattung als auch Reinigung in einem einwandfreien Zustand ist. Das Mobiliar ist erst kürzlich erneuert worden ist wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Der Vermieter bekräftigt nochmals seine Verfügbarkeit während Ihres Aufenthalts, er ist immer für seine Mieter zu erreichen.
