- excellent contact : très agréable et compétente dans toutes ses explications, très à l'écoute de nos questions. - la vaisselle nécessitait un rinçage - bouilloire électrique hors service - grille-pain vétuste et inquiétant - un verre brisé au fond du placard à vaisselle

Ausstattung gem�� Beschreibung (Wasserkocher vorhanden), helle und sch�n ruhige Wohnung direkt am Montjuic. Balkon (mit Abendsonne) geht zum Hof (Park). Gute Einkaufsm�glichkeiten (B�cker, Supermarkt) in unmittelbarer N�he. Sauberkeit sollte verbessert werden (besonders K�che und Bad). Insgesamt aber eine Wohnung zum wohlf�hlen mit guter Verkehrsanbindung in die City.

L'accueil a été fort sympatique, le propriétaire très disponible. La situation géographique de l'appartement (quartier populaire avec tous les commerces à proximité) nous convenait très bien car très facile d'accès pour circuler dans tout barcelone, et très calme contrairement à l'hypercentre. Le logement était très propre donnant sur un parc très vert, le seul petit désagrément était l'état de la baignoire (tapis antiglisse assez sale et l'eau s'écoule mal) et l'autre aspect négatif La cafetière des années 70 qui pourrait être changée car il faut 45 mn avant d'avoir un café. Bref vous voyez ce ne sont que de petites choses. Nous avons passé un séjour très très agréable dans une ville formidable où nous ne manquerons pas de revenir.
