Exclusive apartment in the district of Grácia, Barcelona

Lovely place to stay- right by Parc Guell. Really relaxed and friendly host, who was available to give keys and give a guide to the area. We would have preferred to be a bit closer to the action in Gracia as it's such a great area for going out and eating, dancing... and mojitos! Brilliant ...apartment with great facilities and air con. Good kitchen, fridge, shower. Thank you! 

Reception then the household is not finished, bâcle in 5 minutes. Cleanliness left much to be desired. Shower in poor condition. Sofa with torn fabric. Pane that cannot be shut down. More while we had said that we wanted to leave at 9 am, at 9: 15 person was always there. We have therefore tabled the keys in the mailbox.

Reception alors que le ménage n'est pas fini, baclé en 5 minutes. Propreté laissant à désirer. Douche en mauvais état. Canapé avec tissu déchiré. Volet que l'on ne peut fermer. De plus alors que nous avions précisé que nous souhaitions partir à 9h, à 9h15 personne n'était toujours là.... Nous avons donc déposé les clefs dans la boîte aux lettres.

We were absolutely pleased with the apartment, it was perfect for our needs. Only smear, it is a bit dark, but we were anyway during the day on the road and to sleep this has not bothered of course also us.

Wir waren absolut zufrieden mit der Wohnung, sie war für unsere Ansprüche perfekt. Einziger Abstrich, sie ist ein bisschen dunkel, aber wir waren sowieso tagsüber unterwegs und zum Schlafen hat uns dies natürlich auch nicht gestört.

You could feel the springs in the mattress.The lower edges of the shower showed the edges of the mould.

Man konnte die Federn in den Matratzen fühlen. Die unteren Ränder der Duschkabine zeigten Schimmelränder.

Internet wasn't working most of the time and that was very important to us.

The landlord confirms that the Internet is working properly and the problem was a temporary failure.

Good apartment, small problem at the level of the jet in the shower but without being too distracting. Contact very nice and charming person. Metro just outside the apartment, and a few stops from the city centre, which is very significant.

Bon appart, petit problème au niveau du jet de la douche mais sans être trop gênant. Personne de contact très gentille et charmante. Métro juste à côté de l'appartement, et uniquement à quelques arrêts du centre ville, ce qui est très appréciable.

Very helpful and amenable. Highly recommended.
