Attic apartment in Grácia, Barcelona

A positive aspect, apartment well located relative to the subway, but to a district itself unattractive.The owner was not present in the home, but had resigned a neighbor. We will not see the during the stay.We have not managed to eliminate the strong smell of tobacco permeating the ...apartment.Internet did not work during the 3 days of stay (it was accidental we were told).It should be noted that access to the apartment is not a metal staircase type relief on the 3rd floor without elevator. 

Un aspect positif, appartement bien situé par rapport au métro, mais dans un quartier en lui-même peu attractif. La propriétaire n'était pas présente à l'accueil, mais avait missionné un voisin. Nous ne la verrons pas pendant le séjour. Nous n'avons pas réussi à éliminer la forte odeur... de tabac imprégnant l'appartement. Internet ne fonctionnait pas pendant les 3 jours du séjour (c'était accidentel nous a-t-on dit). Précisons que l'accès de l'appartement se fait pas un escalier métallique type secours au 3ème étage sans ascenseur.  

Optimal location near Metro Vallcarca, with it comes very quickly to the city centre or directly on the beach. Because the taxi drivers never found our Street, we indicated always the station Vallcarca as a target, because all found out. It is also good that a small, very well stocked supermarket is... only 50 m away from the apartment that is open even on Sundays. 

Optimale Lage in der Nähe der Metro Vallcarca, mit der man sehr schnell ins Stadtzentrum oder direkt an den Strand kommt. Da die Taxifahrer unsere Straße nie fanden, gaben wir immer die Station Vallcarca als Ziel an, da fanden alle hin. Gut ist auch, dass nur 50m von der Wohnung entfernt ein ...kleiner, sehr gut sortierter Supermarkt ist, der sogar Sonntags geöffnet ist.

Appartement, situation géographique et personne de contact très bien

It was very warm end of may, and all apartments among us had run the air conditioning: this is already pretty loud, and the fumes rise to the top.The ceilings are very low, since the air is available. Kitchen equipment and cleanliness OK, if not quite perfect. But we have well marked us. The ...apartment is situated in Gracia, but rather at the Parc Güell. 

Es war schon sehr warm Ende Mai, und alle Apartments unter uns hatten die Klimaanlagen laufen: das ist schon ganz schön laut, und die Dämpfe steigen auch nach oben. Die Decken sind sehr niedrig, da steht dann die Luft. Küchenausstattung und Sauberkeit OK, wenn auch nicht ganz perfekt. Aber wir ...haben uns wohlgefühlt. Das Apartment liegt nicht in Gracia, sondern eher beim Parc Güell. 

Die Wohnung liegt im nördlichen Teil des Viertels Gracia. Die genaue Lage der Wohnung ist auf dem Lageplan auf unserer Internetseite ersichtlich.

Location very central, but nn connected so excellent and convenient with metro and bus!!! Close to Park Guell.Apartment very comfortable and quiet.A particular compliment to owner .... friendly and helpful!!!Totally recommended!!!!

Posizione nn molto centrale, ma collegata in modo eccellente e comodo con metro e bus!!! A due passi da Park Guell! Appartamento molto confortevole e tranquillo. Un particolare complimento alla proprietaria....disponibilissima e gentile!!! Assolutamente consigliabile!!!!
