. Main living room furnished, with a dining area and sitting area with sofas, table, television and Music stereo. It can be used as a sleeping area at night, thanks to two single sofa-beds. Its large windows provide natural light all day long.
. Double bedroom with double bed.
. Bedroom with bunk beds and single bed.
. Resting area with two single beds.
. Bathroom with shower and hair-dryer.
Terrace / Solarium in the roof. To be shared with guests staying in the Picasso building.

The accomodation was perfect for our purposes and was in a great location. The only problem we had was that one of us got stuck in the toilet after the handle stopped working!

For what you pay and the location it is worth it. It was clean and had good facilities. The service provided by the contact was also good. However the roof leaked during our stay(they were very apologetic though)and there is only one double bed. The other room had bunk beds. Oh yeah - neither of the bedrooms had doors!

It was perfect for what we needed. We were a bunch of guys who needed a place to serve as a base while we were in Barcelona, so for us it was ideal to rent an apartment with a kitchen and a living room. Our contact person was great, and we had no problems what so ever during our stay. Thank you.

La casa estaba bastante sucia, las habitaciones no tenian puertas, solo el baño y esta no tenía cerrojo Los grifos, tanto el de la cocina como el de la ducha rotos, se salía el agua por todos los lados Las toallas olian mal, como de haberlas dejado con agua mucho tiempo y olian un poco a podrido, un olor muy raro, pero no habia otra cosa con la que secarse Las colchas estaban sucias y con manchas de semen Un sofa cama estaba roto y le toco a uno dem is compañeros dormir ocn el colchon en el suelo
