Great apartment for big groups located close to the Ramblas

Optimale Wohnung für vier Personen in der nähe der Rambla

Die Unterkunft war im Großen und Ganzen für die spanischen Verhältnisse, so wie ich sie kenne, sehr sauber und ordentlich. Allerdings ging unser Fernseher nicht, obwohl er angegeben war. Sehr schön war, dass wir zwei Duschen hatten, wobei die eine nach ca zwei Tagen völlig verstopft war. Man konnte höchstens noch duschen aber zusätzlich als Mädel noch Haare waschen war schier unmöglich. Abschließend muss man sagen, dass die Wohnung wahrscheinlich eher nur für vier Personen statt für fünf zu empfehlen ist, denn man sitzt sich sehr auf der Pelle, da die Zimmer auch nicht sehr groß sind.

Very few kitchen tools, such as sharp knife, spoons, tea-spoons. It appeared that the bigger apartement opposite ours had more than they could use, so we thougt that some things had been bruoght from our place to the other one. Same thing for lamps. We had none except in the cieling, until we asked for it the last day.

Les comentaires plus detaillés seront object de comunication dans les prochains jours mais les points plus negatifs ont eté: -Cuisine mal equipée ( meme pas un ouvre-boteilles ). Le netoyage n'éxistait pas, tant au niveau de l'apartement ( voir gride apareil de fumées ) comme dans les bains ( poils, plastiques etc... ). -2 toillets trop petits et non equipées. -Nuisance sonore au maximum la nuit et les fenetres ne ferment pas. On n'a pas reussi a dormir bien pendant le sejour. -L'air conditioné ma obligé a vider reservoir d'eau placé au sejour 2 fois chaque jour. Le second jour on a eu une inundation a l'apartement. -Le 1er jour on a demandé 2 clés suplementaires et le reçu de quitation à Mr. Camilo, notre contact a Barcelone. On l'a jamais revu, meme le dernier jour quand on a laissé l'apartment, meme sachant notre interet en lui parler.

Loved the appartment and the location. Felt like living there . All the things we needed were there . Just what we expected it to be like.

The place is very small. It says it accomodates 5 persons but neither 4 will fit properly in this small apartmaent. The location is great, 1 minute walk from La Rambla however it is full of homeless people and druggies. This apartment looks bigger on the website however its not. The AC leaks water which comes direvtly on the TV which is located under it. The bathrooms are also too small. At least the apartment locks the way it should with the electronic card system.
