Description
Stylish apartment at the heart of Barcelona, within walking distance of Las Ramblas, the Cathedral and only 50 metres from the famous shopping street, Calle Avinyó. The apartment includes a spacious living room with an open plan kitchen, equipped with all the necessary equipment, from a toaster and microwave to a dishwasher and special pots and pans to for cooking spaghetti. Once you have made your way up the stairs to the building´s third floor (in reality the 5th floor), you will find yourself in a cosy world with air conditioning in every room.
All of the bedrooms have double-glazed windows – unusual in Barcelona – so ensure you have a pleasant stay, even at night. There are exposed wooden beams in the ceiling, which give the apartment a characteristic Barcelona charm. The floors are parquet.
The apartment has two small balconies, typical of this area, where you can watch the city life from above, or decide to go down and join in. The apartment is fully equipped with a large television, DVD, music system and washing machine.
Each of the bedrooms has a stylish bathroom with black tiles and a large shower. In order for you to enjoy your stay from the very first minute, the apartment includes some basic necesities in the kitchen, and of course, toilet paper.
The apartment is equipped with a station for your iPod so you can listen to your music, miles away from home!

stairs are a bit of an effort!, half way up and up can feel the burn. bit noisy, but that's the price you pay for location. keep away from colom restaurant cold and not very nice food. if you are a fan of seafood then la fonda at the port is the place for you. also I would recommend using the hop on... hop off tour bus,get the 2 day pass for 34 euros. you wont regret it,watch the outside restaurants on la rambla, I bought an orange juice and it cost 5.50 euros, no joke!!!!!,anyway beautiful city, enjoy your trip and watch for those pick pockets.
