Spacious and cosy apartment in the Poble Nou district

We had a very nice stay in Barcelona. The location of the apartment was perfect. All major grocery stores existed in the immediate vicinity. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The owners very friendly and obliging. The only Downer was ... the clairaudience of apartment. In the evening ...you could experience the sounds of neighbors live. Later in the night, it was then quiet... Also the proximity to the Metro was perfect for us. 

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Barcelona. Die Lage der Wohnung war perfect. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung waren alle wichtigen Lebensmittelgeschäfte vorhanden. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Einziger Wehmutstropfen war... die Hellhörigkeit der Wohnung. In den Abendstunden konnte man die Geräusche der Nachbarn live miterleben. Später in der Nacht war es dann ruhig.. Auch die Nähe zur Metro war für uns perfect. 

The owner is a very nice and helpful.The situation of the apartment is interesting because it is both close to the beach and only 3 stops from the main rambla of Barcelona.The lounge is spacious and everything is clean and functional.The only downside being in my opinion ... the brightness of parts ...if not to finish the district it even is less touristy and allows to do not to have to support the sound and the passage meetings in d other areas.Note also the existence d a rambla with a lot of traders has proximity. 

La proprietaire est une femme tres agreable et serviable.La situation de l appartement est interessante car il est a la fois a proximite de la plage et a seulement 3 stations de la rambla principale de barcelone.Le salon est spacieux et tout est propre et fonctionnel.Le seul bemol etant a mon avis ...la luminosite des pieces sinon pour finir le quartier en lui meme est moins touristique et permet de ne pas a avoir a supporter le bruit et le passage rencontres dans d autres quartiers.A noter egalement l existence d une rambla avec son lot de commercants a proximite. 

Impeccable accommodations and very friendly service. Lively with small local shops. A bit expensive parking problem.

Hébergement impeccable et accueil très aimable. Quartier vivant avec de petits commerces de proximité. Problème de stationnement un peu cher.

Owner charming, friendly and above all very available. Beautiful standing, very well positioned apartment, with plenty of comfort and near public transportation.

Propriétaire charmante, accueillante et surtout très disponible. Appartement de beau standing, très bien placé, avec beaucoup de confort intérieur et avec les transports publiques proches.

Apartment very well located, close to shops, the centre and very well equipped and proprele metroappartement gripe concerns the insulation and the bruitpour the rest very good weekend in Barcelona

Appartement tres bien situé , proche des commerces , du centre et du metro appartement tres bien equipé et tres propre le seul reproche concerne l'isolation et le bruit pour le reste tres bon week end à barcelone

L? home is impeccable with a French speaking person available at all times.L? apartment conforms to the description.Attention however to the location because the apartment is on the 1st floor, opposite a bar (closed on Mondays), in an ancient building.Therefore, for people loving the quiet, this is undesirable.

L’accueil est irréprochable avec une personne parlant français et disponible à tout moment. L’appartement est conforme à la description. Attention toutefois à l'emplacement car l'appartement est au 1er étage, face à un bar (fermé le lundi) , dans un immeuble ancien . Par conséquent, pour des personnes aimant le calme, cela est peu propice.

Nice part of barcelona, located near enough to the metro station. Accomodation was spot on, very clean, all amenities etc... Would stay in the same place again

Housing spacious and well located 5 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from lm\' judgment of Metro Poble Nou.Des shops nearby, a most congenial and helpful interlocutor (household and included sheets and Nespresso also!) and more importantly, who speaks French, short, a perfect stay.

Logement très spacieux et bien situé à 5 minutes de la plage et 5 minutes de lm'arrêt de Metro Poble Nou. Des commerces a proximité, une interlocutrice des plus sympathiques et serviable (ménage et draps compris et Nespresso aussi !!) et qui plus est, qui parle français, bref, un sejour parfait.
