Spacious apartment with three bedrooms, situated next to Plaza España and the fair grounds. The apartment was completely refurbished in August 2006 and all the furnitures are new. The apartment is modern and comfortable and includes three bedrooms, one with a double bed, a second with two single beds and the last with one single bed. The two larger bedrooms have exits to balconies. The living – dining room is comfortable and includes a TV, satellite, music system, and a table with chairs. The new kitchen is fully equipped with new electrical appliances. The apartment has two bathrooms, one with a shower. The owner will provide a baby crib upon request.
It is not possible to check-in and/or check-out between 11pm and 07am. Payments by credit cards are accepted.
If you are interested in reserving this apartment over the Christmas or New Year period, please keep in mind that the owners will not accept reservations with check-ins on the 25th December or the 1st January.
The owner only accepts bookings for families and for people over 30years old. -

Grand appartement mais problème d'eau chaude. Nous étions 4 et n'avions pas assez d'eau chaude 3 douches consécutives. Nous avons occupé l'appartement la derniére semaine de décembre et malgré une météo douce, nous avions froid le soir dans les chambres (chauffage électrique). Il n'y avait pas assez de couvertures..... Sinon l'appartement est bien équipé.

The apartment was clean, with fine basic kitchen and bath facilities, adequate furnishings and quiet except for nearby construction after 9 AM, a grand old elevator, and superlative location, two blocks from the metro with some very good nearby restaurants. Oh_Barcelona did a very good job. Pedro spoke excellent English, was very gracious and helped me with a problem--when I seemed to have mislaid my passport he immediately arranged to meet me at the flat within an hour--happily we found it ourselves.

Great value for money, but this came with a number of problems. Beds are not very comfortable, there is a lack of natural light in the living areas and the balcony is not wide enough to sit out on. Great location for metro and food.

S. a été très aimable et ponctuel lors du rendez-vous. Il parle très bien le français ce qui est appréciable lorsque l'on ne maitrise pas bien l'espagnol. Très bonne situation juste à coté des Arènes (métro également) transformées en centre commercial et le proximité du supermarché et un gros plus dans ces grandes villes.

Great location and quiet at night. Problems; stove top 2 burners did not work and air conditioner did not work consistently also shower was very small but sufficient hot water and water flow for a great shower Benefits: clothes washer a bonus. I would back to this location in the future for sure.
