Bright and modern apartment close to Plaza Espana

Apartments are really well located. Very close to the Placa Espanya Metro Station and Placa Espanya square ( 5 mins walk ). Kitchen and bathroom and all necessary equipments are new, modern and full. Detergents for washdisher and washing machine, liquid soap and toilet papers are also supplied which... is generally unusual. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds and one with a single. 5 pax can easily stay. You really feel like you are at home. Only negative is wifi. There is a wifi receiver and transmitter which is very slow. Owner changed the modem when we complained. The new one was better but do not wait wifi like at your office or home. There are a lot of bars and restaurants around. Really good apartment worth the price. 

Accommodation nice, well suited for a couple and big children, very well located. No problem hot water but as said already, it is necessary to renew the dishes, in particular glasses, and small spoons!

Logement agréable, bien adapté pour un couple et de grands enfants, très bien situé. Pas de problème d'eau chaude mais comme déja dit, il faut renouveler la vaisselle, en particulier verres et petites cuillères!!

Keys smoothly, apartment in order. All around everything has changed.

The apartment was much darker and easier than on the pictures in the Präsentation.Alle equipment referred to existed, however some tableware (knives, glasses) was very sparse in the Cabinet.

Die Wohnung wirkte wesentlich dunkler und einfacher als auf den Aufnahmen in der Präsentation. Alle genannten Ausstattungen waren vorhanden, allerdings einiges Geschirr (Messer, Gläser) war nur sehr spärlich im Schrank.

Central location. 300 Metres to Metro station. Numerous gastronomic and shopping opportunities also in this district. However, it can be at night also schonmal louder at the weekend.Everything needs an apartment offers accommodation

Zentrale Lage. Nur 300m zur Metro Station. Zahlreiche Gastro und Shopping Möglichkeiten ebenfalls in diesem Umkreis. Allerdings kann es am Wochenende Nachts auch schonmal lauter werden. Unterkunft bietet alles was ein Appartment braucht

Well positioned apartment, not too far from the historic centre. Quiet building, which is quite rare. Overall a little dark, but when it is especially for sleep... Grocery store base in the closets (salt, ... ...pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar,...), which is very convenient.The proximity of the Bullring shopping centre is significant.We will keep an excellent memory of our passage.Contact on-site friendly and efficient for the payment of the balance, the contract and the delivery of the keys. 

Appartement bien placé, pas trop loin du centre historique. Immeuble calme, ce qui est assez rare. Globalement un peu sombre, mais quand c'est surtout pour dormir... Ce n'est pas trop gênant. Bien équipé, à l'exception d'un manque patent de couverts. Épicerie de base dans les placards (sel, ...poivre, huile, vinaigre, sucre,...), ce qui est très pratique. La proximité du centre commercial des arènes est appréciable. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre passage. Contact sur place aimable et efficace pour le paiement du solde, le contrat et la remise des clefs. 

A true galley for parking... everything is paid... car removed by the pound at the end d 1 hour parking non-paid before the apartment and the owner does not give his resident card for parking a tariff preferential... result a kidnapping that has cost 180 euros 3 days of underground parking at 25 euros 24 hours...

Une vraie galere pour se garer...tout est payant...voiture enlevee par la fourriere au bout d 1heure de stationnement non payee devant l appartement et le proprietaire ne donne pas sa carte de resident pour avoir un stationnement a tarif preferentiel ...resultat un enlevement qui nous a couter 180 ...euros + 3 jours de parking sous terrain a 25 euros les 24 heures.... 

A large supermarket is located in the basement of the \"arena\" 2 min. The Metro is 4 minutes and the Aerobus is 6 minutes away.The apartment was small, especially in the Wochenendnächten, it was annoying. Man move in 3 Schlafräumenkann.

Ein großer Supermarkt befindet sich im Untergeschoss der "Arena" 2min. Die Metro ist 4min. und der Aerobus ist 6min. entfernt. Die Wohnung war hellhörig, besonders in den Wochenendnächten war es störend. Bei 3 Schlafräumen kann man umziehen. Wir hatten in der Wohnung kein ...Toilettenpapier. Es erfolgte keine Einweisung in den Gebrauch der Geräte, so dass wir unsicher waren bei der Nutzung des Herdes. Auch den Fernseher konnten wir wegen der fehlenden Einweisung nicht benutzen. Zu Hause haben wir Kabel und nur eine Fernbedienung. Die A. C. war wirklich sehr nett, großes Lob. Hatte aber vergessen, uns die Geräte zu erklären.
