Kitchen with an electric stove, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, washing and drying machines (everything is from Siemens brand). Coffee maker, tea kettle, and toaster.

For arrivals between 20.30hrs and 08.00hrs there is a supplement of 30€ to be paid directly to the owner on arrival
There is a surcharge of 30 € for exits before 8h00 in the morning. -

Je trouve scandaleux que la personne de contact nous ait soutiré 30? sous le faux pretexte que l'état des lieux d'entrée fait à 14h aurait du avoir lieu avant 11h. Ce montant n'a bien sur pas été indiqué dans le contrat, il est donc évident que cette personne a l'habitude de faire ce genre de choses avec les touristes, qui n'ont pas forcément le temps pendant un court séjour d'aller se plaindre à l'agence.

The accomodation was very good but the bathroom was extremely small. In the confirmation details it said that the contact person spoke English but they didn't, which made it very difficult to organise a departure time. Also charged 30Euro as we had to leave the apartment by 06.45 to get our flight. This added cost wasn't highlighted before hand.

very friendly contact person in barcelona, didn't speak English, but no problem! 2min to the beach and to the metro, great!

charmant studio remarquablement optimisé, idéal pour jeunes vacanciers, excellentes prestations rien a redire. une agréable surprise concernant la copropriété, des voisins disponibles, présents et toujours prets à entamer le dialogue avec une réelle sympathie et une volonté d'ouverture et de découverte d'une culture différente de la leur.un très bon plan!
