The apartment is only 20 minutes walking distance from the fairgrounds (Plaza España and Montjuïc), and is therefore very comfortable for those who are interested in the numerous commercial opportunities. Following Plaza España, you may continue to the mountain of Montjuïc, where there are many important archaeological, anthropologic, and artistic museums known around the world; such as the Miró Foundation and the National Museum of Catalan Art (MNAC).

It has been recently refurbished and is equipped with heating, hot water, parquet floors, and isolated/acclimatized windows which block out sound and extreme temperatures. The bathroom has a large shower. The kitchen includes dishes and all the necessary equipment for five people. There is an electric stove, a convection oven, washer/dryer and iron for clothes, as well as a toaster, blender and microwave.
