Modern and stylish 2-bedroom apartment

Very central and near to the metro station. The flat has room enough for 2 couples. The price for the accomodation was fare!

Clean, spacious apartment, 2 bathrooms / wc, balcony, 2 bedrooms each with two twin beds, lift (the apartment is supposed to be on the 1st floor, in reality it is the second, share the presence of a mezzanine), proximity to a metro station (Hostafrancs) within 30 metres, of ... Hostafrancs Market, a... bakery and restaurant, a small supermarket on the right place in front, this at an affordable price.Direct access by metro to the the bus station (station Arc de triomphe 100 metres) in the apartment (station Hostafrancs) line red L1.The apartment is halfway in Espanya square and of Sants.Les small things which enraging: very slight tremor during the passage of the metro (from 6 h to 23 h) and from traffic noise (a simple double paned Windows there would remedy). 

Appartement propre, spacieux, 2 salles de bains/ wc, balcon, 2 chambres avec chacune deux lits jumeaux, ascenceur (l'appartement est censé être au 1er étage, en réalité il est au second, de part la présence d'un entresol), proximité d'une station de métro (Hostafrancs) à 30 mètres, du ...Hostafrancs Market, d'une boulangerie et de restaurants,d'un petit supermarché sur la place juste en face, ce pour un prix abordable. Accès direct en métro de la gare des bus (station Arc de triomphe à 100 mètres) à l'appartement (station Hostafrancs) ligne L1 rouge. L appartement est à mi-distance des places Espanya et De Sants. Les petites choses qui fachent : très léger tremblement lors du passage du métro (de 6h à 23h) et le bruit de circulation (un simple double vitrage des fenêtres y remédierait) . 

noisy, soundproofing is bad but very clean apartment, very well located with metro at the foot of the building and all the amenities in the rue.excellent contact and availability of the owner on the spot

bruyant, l'insonorisation est mauvaise mais appartement très propre, très bien situé avec metro au pied de l'immeuble et toutes les commodités dans la rue. excellent contact et disponiblité du proprietaire sur place

I put \"bad\" for housing for two reasons: 1) smell musty and very unpleasant moisture related probably to the fact that the apartment was not enough ventilated. I think that you (oh-Barcelona) could make you account 2) a pretty terrible noise in neighbouring apartment. On 4 nights spent in this ...apartment I fell asleep a first night at 1 a.m. and a second at 2: 30 in the morning. The second time, I went down to ask them to calm down, but to no effect. It is nice we have signed in the contract should not make noise to the neighbourhood. Thanks also to enforce the same rule in the vicinity. 

Je mets "mauvais" pour le logement pour deux raisons : 1) Une odeur de renfermé et d'humidité très désagréable, lié sans doute au fait que l'appartement n'était pas assez aéré. Je pense que vous (oh-Barcelona) pourriez vous en rendre compte 2) Un bruit assez terrible dans appartement ...voisins. Sur 4 nuits passées dans cette appart je me suis endormi une première nuit à 1h de matin et une seconde à 2h30 du matin. La deuxième fois, je suis descendu pour leur demander de se calmer, mais sans effet. C'est bien gentil de nous faire signer dans le contrat qu'il ne faut pas faire de bruit pour respecter le voisinage. Merci aussi de faire respecter la même règle au voisinage.

Great accommodation, but very disappointed that the cutlery and crockery and oven were very dirty. Once again no kettle in the apartment.

Wi-Fi can disappear from 1 h to 4 days without reboot the box (which is located in another apartment). Perhaps could be a replacement of the linens once a week. (But there is still a washing machine)

Le wifi peut disparaître de 1h à 4 jours sans possibilité de rebooter la box (qui se trouve dans un autre appartement). Peut-être pourrait-il y avoir un remplacement des linges de maison 1 fois par semaine. (Mais il y a quand même une machine à laver)
