This apartment is a wonderful example of ‘experience-accommodation’ that allows visitors to enjoy a living area that has been specially designed by architects for a completely unique stay.
The concept has received numerous design awards and been presented as a model for business schools such as the ESADE or IESE.
The apartment is located on the first floor of a building without a lift in a beautiful tree-lined street. The area is very well communicated with the rest of the city, with a metro station just 20 metres away, and just a twenty minute walk from the Sagrada Familia. It is also very close to a number of quality services such as the traditional baker’s located within the building itself and run by the accommodation owners for three generations.
There are three well-lit rooms, two double bedrooms (with double bed) - one of which has access to the private interior patio, and one double room with two single beds. Each is fitted with high-quality mattresses, bed and bathroom linen.
The lounge offers a wide balcony, sofa, table, television and DVD player.
The kitchen is very well equipped and includes two stove rings, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, juicer and full cutlery and dishes to serve six people.
The spacious bathrooms have been specially designed, one with a large shower, toilet and sink, whilst the other has a toilet, sink and large mirror and access to the patio housing the washing machine and covered area for drying.
Check in will take place from 16.00 onwards.
Check out is until 11.00am.

L'appartamento è perfetto se siete un gruppo di giovani! Proprio sotto la metro, e non troppo rumoroso! Non è il max della pulizia però dispone di tutto ciò che serve per restare anche per grandi periodi! Unica pecca è il bagno, un pò scomodo se siete in 6! Lo consiglio!!

appartamento raccomandabile: centrale e c'era tutto, poi la ragazza che ci ha dato le chiavi è stata gentilissima. abbiamo prenotato pochi giorni prima di arrivare e nonostante ciò il proprietario ci ha contattato subito dandoci tutte le informazioni per arrivare.

l'appartamento è ampio e corrisponde alla descrizione sul sito. ci siamo trovati bene, l'unica pecca è il bagno, un pò sacrificato se si alloggia in 6 persone. posizione ottima, il quartiere è tranquillo e pieno di bar e minimarket; c'è la fermata della metro (comodissima) proprio sotto casa.

The apartment was OK, and the location was good, but it was really spartan living. The "couch" was a rolled up rubber mat, and the sparse furniture was very basic, mainly aluminum. No lamps, no pictures or anythng on the walls. No hot water in the only sink where one could shave. Unfortunately, we were there in a hot spell, and the air conditioning wouldn't work and couldn't be fixed . The owners were very nice, and tried to get the air conditioner fixed. They brought us fans, and were apologetic.
note of oh-Barcelona(31/08/10) the owner confirmed us that the air conditioning has been fixed.

Appartement sympa, bonne situation géographique (sagrada visible depuis le balcon et à 5-10min à pied) et bien équipé. Je n'ai pas du tout été gêné par les ambulances, qui durant la nuit sont très rare à passer dans la rue. En revanche, je confirme qu'en groupe il faut bien se connaitre, la sortie de douche est dans le couloir, sur le salon face à la bain vitrée... Sinon idéal pour couple.
