The apartment was fine. Our problem was that we over 3 hours in the cold had to wait in sub-zero temperatures on the contact person, because these had not properly set your phone. Also access craftsmen and were allowed no information during your stay, which had the effect that we have more had no ...hot water and no functioning heating in the evening (at sub-zero temperatures). Last error was however immediately solved.
Die Wohnung war in Ordnung. Unser grosses Problem war, dass wir bei Minustemperaturen über 3 Stunden in der Kälte auf die Kontaktperson warten mussten, da diese ihr Handy nicht richtig eingestellt hatte. Zudem wurde ohne Information während des Aufenthaltes Handwerkern der Zutritt erlaubt, was ...zur Folge hatte, dass wir am Abend kein heisses Wasser und keine funktionierende Heizung mehr hatten (und das bei Minustemperaturen). Letzter Fehler wurde jedoch umgehend gelöst.

The apartment was clean.Comfortable location, close to Metro station, 20 min. walking to Placa de Catalunya, 15 min to La Rambla. Close to the market and several grocery stores. Master bedroom window look out an active street and a little bit noisy ( reasonably) during the night.Other rooms are ...quiet. In general the apartment is a good value for money. Thank you!
