The accommodation met our needs - the local people in the apartment block were very welcoming to us. The apartment is very close to a metro station and in easy walking distance (approx 15 - 20 mins) to the port and Las Ramblas. The contact person had good English, was helpful and responded well to ...our queries. A disadvantage was that the bedroom closest to the stairwell seemed to absorb the smell of smoke from the stairwell.

Very kind person, has proposed a very attractive housing alternative at the beginning. The person who has carried out the verification of the apartment at the end of the stay was very nice and pleasant.

Personne très aimable, a proposé une alternative de logement très intéressante au début. La personne qui a effectué la verification de l'appartement à la fin du séjour était très gentille et agréable.

L\\ \'arrival l\\\' apartment was degoutant. The beds had been made with dirty sheets, repugnant mattress covers. There was food in the fridge which n\\\' was not cleaned. Microwave with pasted food. Room of bath and toilet dirty, hair, hair.In short, 2 hours of Ménage à 4 persons in arriving and ...lots of laundry for days.A lot of material out of d\\\' use.The street is very noisy and the district not very sypmpa.Very bad experience.NOTE of OH (4 NOV): after the receipt of this comment, the owner has done a careful cleaning of l? apartment and l? equipment. 

A l\'arrivée l\'appartement était dégoutant. Les lits avaient été faits avec des draps sales, alèses répugnantes. Il restait de la nourriture dans le frigo qui n\'était pas nettoyé. Micro-onde avec nourriture collée. Salle de bain et toilettes sales, cheveux, poils. Bref, 2 heures de ...ménage à 4 personnes en arrivant et beaucoup de lessives les jours suivants. Pas mal de matériel hors d\'usage. Par ailleurs la rue est extrèmement bruyante et le quartier pas très sypmpa. Très mauvaise expérience. <br /><br /> NOTE DE OH (4NOV): Après la réception de ce commentaire, le propriétaire a effectué un ménage minutieux, de l’appartement et de l’équipement.
