This cozy and quiet 65m2 apartment is located in a building from the early 1900´s with elevator access. Even though it is only 20 minutes away from Plaça Catalunya the apartment enjoys a quiet atmosphere and is therefore ideal for a couple, a family or a business traveler.
The welcoming living-dining room is modernly furnished with a beautiful set of a table, chairs and a sofa. The kitchen comes equipped with all the gadgets and utensils you might need, such as a fridge, a glass-ceramic stove, an oven, a microwave and a washing machine. Both bedrooms are decorated with bright colours, offering a peaceful atmosphere for a good night rest. The bathroom includes a big bathtub, a sink and a WC.
You will be staying in a lively neighborhood with many typical bars, restaurants and terraces nearby and good connections to the public transport network. The metro stations of Rocafort (red line) and Poble Sec (green line), as well as many bus lines passing through Gran Via, one of the main streets of Barcelona, are just one minute walking distance away.

Es war noch etwas kalt. Daher mussten wir dickere Decken benutzen. Für diese gab es leider keine Bettbezüge. In der Küche fehlten Küchentücher. Ansonsten ist es eine tolle Wohnung. Super Anbindung an öffentl. Verkehrsmittel- man ist schnell im Zentrum. Wir haben uns dort insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt.

El apartamento fue perfecto, no obstante creo que se puede mejorar la limpieza, por ejemplo el interior del horno como parte de la cocina. Para la TV tendría que haber un pequeño manual para saber conectar los canales digitales.

Apartment was very nice, though a couple things would have made it even nicer: more full-sized towels (one per person would have been nice), dish towels, more toilet paper, salt/pepper, dish soap, sponge, and normal ice trays. Those are all minor things that did not detract much from the overall awesomeness of the apartment. I assume availability of small items like these varies between apartments. The location of this apt was perfect. I would happily go back. The contact person was incredibly helpful, as was the rest of the staff.
