Accommodation in Barcelona, studio style room in Barcelona, ideal for a young couple or travellers with a fixed budget. This apartment is truly cheap and offers the following: a comfortable dormitory, a small kitchen (small refrigerator, microwave, water boiler and utensils (everything necessary to warm up plates but not to cook). The television is via satellite, control, there is a table, chairs, sheets and towels are provided, fan and central heating. A cradle is available under request. There are more rooms on the same floor. For this reason, the proprietor accepts group reservations. These rooms-studies are ideal for those who want to be in centre of Barcelona, in a comfortable and cheap lodging. The building where the rooms are located is on Gignas Street, right in the centre of Barcelona, thus guests will be able to visit the city without resorting to public transport. The Ramblas, the Borne, Plaza Cataluña are all within walking distance.
Please note: The apartment is interior, the windows look to an interior yard.

The apartment is great if your just after somewhere cheap to stay the night. The location is good, very near to everything. The biggest problem with this apartment is that there is very little natural light, the only natural light is from an internal courtyard. Very little fresh air, you need to keep the only window open, with the fan going at all times to keep the moderately fresh. The place is somewhat depressing because of this.There is no cutlery or crockery! only a microwave and a fridge in the 'kitchen'. I didn't want to pay an extra $15 for cutlery and plates, i just thought that was ridiculous to have to pay for that kind of thing. that should be included in the price.

very very basic!two small single beds with uncomfortable foam mattresses, horrible shower, dirty floor, no natural light at all and no facilites apart from microwave and paper plares and cutlery!. However location was good walking distance to Ramblas and port and nice bars on the street.

accommodation has no windows and no air circulation, this is very oppressive in the middle of summer. This was the real problem, I also feel for the money it was not good value

l'appartamento va bene per starci max dieci giorni. dopo si intasa doccia e wc! c'è solo il ventilatore e fa un caldo micidiale. è molto vicino alle rambla, ma è un pò pericoloso di notte.. il proprietario è scorbutico e non disponibile.non si fa mai vedere e se hai un qualunque problema ti devi arrangiare. sconsigliato alle coppie..si sente tutto.

Le quartier est très bruyant, c'est la seule fausse note, sinon le logement est confortable ; suggestion : mettre des tasses et des verres plutôt que des gobelets en plastiques, enfin c'est un détail!

me costo bastante hablar con la persona de contacto P. siempre respondia su contestador. finalmente me pasaron otros numeros y pude comunicarme cuando llege a barcelona,desde el aeropuerto, acordamos en encontrarnos en la puerta del apartamento, una vez ahi lo estuve esperando 20 minutos y no aparecio. De todos modos mientras lo esperaba salieron un par de personas del domicilio y alcance a ver el lugar. Para resumir el aspecto del lugar era muy feo, una buena palabra para definirlo seria "Siniestro" asi que ahi mismo y sin mas decidi que iba a perder mi seña y alojarme en otro lugar.

10/20 Il n'y avait absolument rien pour cuisiner (pas de plaques chauffantes). C'est très regrettable car si nous avons loué un appartement et pas une chambre d'hôtel, c'est justement pour pouvoir se faire à manger si on voulait, au lieu d'aller au restaurant, or cela a été impossible car il n'y avait absolument aucun équipement ou vaisselle... Il faudrait préciser aussi dans votre annonce que la fenêtre donne sur la cage d'escalier, car c'est un peu surprenant quand on arrive... la pièce est du coup très sombre et peu aérée.
