The building where the rooms are located is on Gignas Street, right in the centre of Barcelona, thus guests will be able to visit the city without resorting to public transport. The Ramblas, the Borne, Plaza Cataluña are all within walking distance. ExtrasPlease note: The owner can provide you cooking facilities, for an extra charge.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut in einem ausgesprochen schönen Stadtviertel, zentral zum Strand und allen anderen Attraktionen der Stadt. Der Lärmpegel nachts ist jedoch sehr sehr hoch, also nichts für Menschen die eh nicht gut schlafen können.

Die Unterkunft war zwecksmäßig eingerichtet, die Möbel etwas alt, aber funktionstüchtig. Für 2-3 Nächte eine super Unterkunft besonders wegen der Top Lage.

einfach aber gut! nachts etwas laut auf der straße aber was solls. überrascht waren wir von der möglichkeit den save im zimmer kostenlos nutzen zu können. das optionale küchenset war vollkommen ausreichend und mit 15 euro auch nicht zu teuer. die sanitäranlagen waren sauber und neu jedoch hatte das bad leider kein fenster wodurch es schnell etwas warm darin wurde. die betten waren leider etwas spartanisch aber man konnte sich recht schnell daran gewöhnen. unsere kontaktperson konnte nur spanisch aber mit händen und füßen + den wintzigen englisch kenntnissen über die er verfügte hat man sich verständigen können!alle kritikpunkte die ich genannt habe dürften aber nur jemanden stören der eine wirklich dünne haut hat. im grunde jedem zu empfehlen! vor allem bei dem preis und der lage ( 5 min zur rambla sowie zum strand oder zur metro station jaume I!) toll!!!

Le studio était bien (exactement comme sur les photos). Ils ont changer le matelas vu qu'il était trop mou au départ et entre temps ils l'ont changer. Par contre, il faut payer 5 euros pour qu'ils puissent mettre en sécurité nos bagage dans l'immeuble après le départ de 11h. Je trouve qu'on paie déjà assez chère le studio, mais on veut nous faire payer plus pour garder nos bagages, ou bien pour autres... c'est dommage!

Die Wohnung war sehr schön! Übertraf komplett unsere Erwartung. Leider waren die Matrazen der Betten sehr alt und unbequem. Man konnte jeden Draht der Matraze einzeln spüren ;)
