This apartment is truly cheap and offers the following: a comfortable dormitory, a small kitchen (small refrigerator, microwave, water boiler and utensils (everything necessary to warm up plates but not to cook). The television is via satellite, control, there is a table, chairs, sheets and towels are provided, fan and central heating. A cradle is available under request. There are more rooms on the same floor. For this reason, the proprietor accepts group reservations. These rooms-studies are ideal for those who want to be in centre of Barcelona, in a comfortable and cheap lodging. The building where the rooms are located is on Gignas Street, right in the centre of Barcelona, thus guests will be able to visit the city without resorting to public transport. The Ramblas, the Borne, Plaza Cataluña are all within walking distance.

L'alloggio si trova a 5 minuti dalla Rambla vicino al mosaico di Mirò, tale posizione ci ha permesso di spostarci tranquillamente anche a piedi. Il proprietario dell'appartamento è stato molto gentile:ci ha fornito un cartina della città e si è reso disponibile a darci indicazioni su come raggiungere la spiaggia. Lo studio è dotato solo di una finestra, ma questa è sufficiente a garantire un buon ricambio di aria. Barcellona ad Agosto è molto calda, pertanto abbiamo ritenuto opportuno pagare un servizio aggiuntivo (10euro) per l'uso del condizionatore. Tra le pecche dell'alloggio: i materassi eccessivamente sottili e l'inadeguata divisione della nostra camera da quella attigua (le due camere sono divise da una porta e noi sentivamo le voci dei vicini). Al contrario, ho molto apprezzato la pulizia della stanza e della biancheria. Sicuramente consiglierei questo appartamento ai miei amici e in generale a ragazzi giovani senza eccessive pretese.

The following were problems for me: The only Window was in the bathroom - no natrual light getting in. There was an internal door to the adjoining apartment, where you could clearly hear everything that was going on in that apartment. Music all night. Talking. It was like sharing with another couple. Beds were of the lowest standard - 2 single old springy metal fold up beds. The contact person could not speak english.

Es war ziemlich laut (Nachbarn), da die Wände wohl sehr dünn sind - es war ebenfalls ein wenig stickig (keine Fenster ins Freie, nur ein Fenster in den Überdachten Innenhof). Ansonsten war alles ok.
