Attic style apartment in the heart of the Eixample district of Barcelona

A pochi passi dalle rambles, sulla Gran Via e adiacente all'uscita della metro, appartamento spazioso, pulito e con tutti i comforts necessari (aria condizionata e lavatrice inclusi). La proprietaria è molto disponibile e sempre reperibile in caso di bisogno o semplici informazioni. Consigliato!!

flat is dirty (especially the floor),aircondition stinks (maybe no service), mildew in the bathroom

Das Appartement war schmuddelig, besonders in den Schränken in der Küche und im Kühlschrank war es nicht sauber. Die Schlafzimmer haben zwar Fenster, aber diese öffnen sich zum Treppenhaus, so dass keine frische Luft in die Schlafzimmer gelangen kann. Das Fenster des Zwei-Bett-Zimmers liegt direkt am Aufgang zu einer anderen Wohnung, vorbei gehende Personen können hereinschauen. Der große Balkon liegt über einem riesigen Hof ohne Straßenlärm aber leider mit Hunden, die gerne morgens oder auch spät abends noch bellen.

The apartment was comfortable, well equipped and in a good location. We were able to walk to all of the tourist areas although some were a longish walk. The private terrace was a nice sunny space. There were some issues with noise in the shared interior stairwell, onto which all the bedroom windows open, but some noise is to be expected in this kind of densely populated area. Our only complaint was a persistent drain smell, especially toward the back of the apartment. This could be alleviated somewhat by keeping the terrace door open all night to give air flow. The apartment (including kitchen and bathroom) seemed generally very clean except the floor.

Comfortable and clean family apartment in an excellent location . Would recommend without hesitation
