The apartment is part of a group of thirteen accommodations located in a historical building in the centre of Barcelona. The building was constructed during the first quarter of the last century and has been carefully rehabilitated. It has elevator and the entrance to the property is decorated in red marble. Situated near the Ramblas, the old port of Barcelona, the Picasso Museum and the Church of Santa Maria of the Sea, jewel of Catalan gothic art. The apartment consists of an entrance, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and three rooms: one double (with a double bed). It has a 21" television with international channels via satellite and optional connection to WIFI Internet (there is no computer) and telephone.
For bookings of more than three people, the owner only accepts bookings of families or of more than 35 years old persons.

Extras
If you are travelling with infants (under 2 years) you are obliged to rent a cot for the baby. There is a charge of 6€ per night to cover the cost of the cot, bed linen, blankets and facilities provided for the baby.
For late arrivals to the apartment (after 23.00hrs) there is a charge of 20€.
Neither of the above charges are included in the price shown below, they are to be paid directly to the landlord on the day of arrival.

Getting there

ben ristrutturato a nuovo, ottimi mobili, presenti tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari, grande TV LCD. Unico difetto a volte odore di fogna dai tubi della cucina. Ottima posizione, ottimo appartamento, da provare!

Wir können das Apartment nur empfehlen. Es ist gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet und hat eine optimale Lage im Stadtteil Born mit vielen Restaurants, netten Plätzen, Geschäften, Picassomuseum und Santa Maria della Mare ganz in der Nähe. Es ist auch ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Besichtigungen des gotischen Viertels und des Hafens. Zudem ist die U-Bahn-Station Jaume ganz nah. WIr hatten hier wirklich einen wunderbaren Kurzurlaub! oh-barcelona: Buchung und Abwicklung verlief mit freundlichen Kontaktpersonen reibungslos.

Personne disponible. Site clair et bien fait. Appartement conforme à notre attente, très propre et très bien situé près de Santa Maria del Mar. Le quartier est vivant et agréable, rue piétonne. Nous avons tous très bien dormi après nos journées de marche!
