Apartment in the historic centre of Barcelona

The apartment is in excellent and central location. It is very clean, beautiful and functional. There is a heating and air conditioning, as well as very good soundproof Windows. There are many sights, museums and of course plenty bars and restaurants nearby. Only a few metres from the Metro, a few ...minutes to the beach and the walking distance to Plaça Catalunya make the apartment a real super tip. We would go there again. 

Die Wohnung liegt in ausgezeichneter und zentraler Lage. Sie ist sehr sauber, schön und funktionell eingerichtet. Es gibt dort eine Heizung und Klimaanlage sowie sehr gute Schallschutzfenster. In der Nähe befinden sich viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Museen und natürlich jede Menge Bars und ...Restaurants. Nur wenige Meter zur Metro, wenige Minuten zum Strand und die Laufnähe zur Placa Catalunya machen das Apartment zu einem echten Super-Tipp. Wir würden dort sofort wieder hinfahren. 

I recently stayed at apartment 3 for four nights. The location of the apartment is excellent, right in the heart of the El Born neighbourhood. On arrival we were met by M. who explained how to use all of the facilities and also information on where to shop and what to see. The availability of free ...wifi was a bonus. Our apartment had 3 good sized bedrooms, a great shower and a spacious kitchen/dining/lounge area that overlooked the busy street below so was good for people watching. Whilst the area is a busy one, the double glazed windows provide complete quiet within the apartment. I would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to enjoy Barcelona in a fabulously located, spotlessly clean, comfortable and secure place to stay. 

Little and inexpensive things could be done to improve the apartment. A new shower curtain in the bathroom, new sheets for the bedrooms and perhaps give the velour curtains and bed spread the heave ho!

nicely renovated like new, excellent furniture, all necessary appliances, large LCD TV. Only downside sometimes smell of sewer pipes in the kitchen.Great location, excellent apartment, try!

ben ristrutturato a nuovo, ottimi mobili, presenti tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari, grande TV LCD. Unico difetto a volte odore di fogna dai tubi della cucina. Ottima posizione, ottimo appartamento, da provare!
