Lovely 3-bedroom, modern apartment beside the metro

After initial problems of communication (language) in the E-Mail traffic with the contact person, has - brought about among other things thanks to the help of the team at O-Barcelona-. The location of the apartment is very good, Central but yet not right into the action. Is recommended in any case ...the \"O-bar\" in the ... Carrer Calabria No. 132 (very good Sangria and hamburger, incredibly friendly staff).The city is of course absolutely worth seeing, the Gaudí houses, Parc Guell, the Sagrada you have to look at (especially from the inside), the Harbour, the old town (Barceloneta) and and and... 

Nach anfänglichen Kommunikationsproblemen (Sprache) im E-Mail Verkehr mit der Kontaktperson, hat - u. a. auch Dank der Hilfe vom Team von O-Barcelona - alles gepasst. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, zentral aber doch nicht mitten im Geschehen. Empfehlenswert ist auf jeden Fall die "O-Bar" in der... Carrer Calabria Nr. 132 (sehr gute Sangria und Hamburger; unheimlich nettes Personal). Die Stadt ist natürlich absolut sehenswert, Parc Guell, die Gaudi Häuser, die Sagrada muss man sich (vor allem auch von innen) ansehen, den Hafen, die Altstadt (Barceloneta) und und und ... 

Be careful with the maximum information in the old elevators. Although we have not exceeded those of the elevator got stuck.

Vorsicht mit den Maximalangaben in den alten Fahrstühlen. Obwohl wir diese nicht überschritten haben blieb der Fahrstuhl stecken.

The apartment wa excellent, although we have some problems with the tv, we cannot operate it. Our contact person sent somebody to fix it and it was ok while he was there , but when we turned it on later, again there was no picture. The location was fantastic, close to everything. We enjoyed our stay... and it is well suited for our needs. Can highly recommend this apartment. DLN from Copenhagen, Denmark.

the contact person was premurosissima and has called more than once to get to Barcelona. the position of the apartment is excellent, at 100 m from the Metro Red line ROCAFORD, 10 minutes walk from Placa Espanya and 20 minutes from placa Catalunya. The apartment is huge, just like you see in the ...pictures and we found ourselves well, we had to just sleep and have breakfast.There are thus shutters in the morning does not enter a thread of light, great for us that we have a small child.The cleaning was not the best and discharges of the showers were clogged but we managed to spend a beautiful vacanza.il sofa was unusable as already highlighted.Excellent wi-fi we used a great deal.The neighborhood is quiet, the night you sleep well and 5 minutes there is a big market. 

la persona di contatto è stata premurosissima e ci ha chiamato più volte al ns arrivo a Barcellona. La posizione dell'appartamento è ottima, a 100m dalla fermata ROCAFORD della metropolitana linea rossa, 10 minuti a piedi da Placa Espanya e 20 minuti da placa Catalunya. L'appatamento è ...grandissimo, proprio come si vede nelle foto e noi ci siamo trovati bene, dovevamo solo dormirci e far colazione. Ci sono le tapparelle quindi al mattino non entra un filo di luce, l'ideale per noi che abbiamo una bimba piccola. La pulizia non era delle migliore e gli scarichi delle docce erano intasati ma siamo riusciti comunque a trascorrere una bella vacanza. il divano era inutilizzabile come già evidenziato. Ottimo wi-fi gratuito che abbiamo usato moltissimo. Il quartiere è tranquillo, la notte si dorme bene ed a 5 minuti c'è un grosso market.

Luckily we had the apartment needed only to sleep and breakfast otherwise we had a problem when we wanted to look to the tv.

Er zijn een paar min puntjes zoals los hangende handoek ringen en toiletrol houder in de badkamer. De bank in de woonkamer is zo slecht dat je er niet op kan zitten. Deze bank haalt het appartement in punten wel naar beneden. Gelukkig hadden we het appartement alleen nodig om te slapen en te ...ontbijten anders hadden we een probleem gehad als we naar de tv wilden kijken. 

Beste klant, wij stellen uw feedback zeer op prijs. De eigenaar heeft ons bevestigd dat hij de bank vervangen heeft.

Very nice accommodation, relatively close to the Centre, very short walk to the subway, friendly contact, supermarket almost on the doorstep. Only the sofa in the living room would have to be renewed, which definitely has its best days behind it. Highly recommended accommodation, would book again the accommodation!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, relativ zentrumsnah, ganz kurzer Weg zur U-Bahn, freundliche Kontaktperson, Supermarkt fast vor der Haustür. Lediglich das Sofa im Wohnzimmer müsste erneuert werden, das hat seine besten Tage definitiv hinter sich. Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft, würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen!

We were absolutely thrilled and would take the apartment at any time. It is located super, the air conditioning working class, the furniture is great, top equipment! Even the mattresses was new and comfortable! Also the contact person was incredibly nice and helpful. Only the sofa should maybe be renewed, which is quite worn out and sat through.

Wir waren absolut begeistert und würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder nehmen. Sie ist super gelegen, die Klimaanlage funktioniert klasse, das Mobiliar ist toll, Top-Ausstattung! Sogar die Matratzen waren neu und bequem! Auch die Kontaktperson war unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Nur müsste ...vielleicht das Sofa erneuert werden, das ist recht abgenutzt und durchgesessen.
