Apartment meets the description, even if some paintings could be redone. Very good location with metro station \'Poblenou\' about 5 minutes and Rambla de Poblenou with a small accessible restaurants/bar (away from the tourist centre and thus more \'local\'). Situation ... very quiet (building ...occupied mainly by inhabitant of Barcelona and non-tourists). We will return.
Appartement conforme au descriptif, même si quelques peintures pourraient etre refaites. Très bonne situation avec station de métro 'Poblenou' à 5 minutes environ et Rambla de Poblenou avec des petits restaurants/bar accessibles (éloignés du centre touristique et donc plus 'local'). Situation ...très calme (immeuble occupé principalement par des habitant de Barcelone et non des touristes). Nous reviendrons.
