New and luminous apartment in Barcelona. The apartment is in the district of Sants, in front of the Metro station Plaza de Sants, and only 10 minutes from Plaza Catalonia and the Ramblas. Located 5 minutes on foot from the Sants Train/Bus Station. The apartment is modern and comfortable and includes: lounge – dining room, kitchen, a double bedroom with two single beds (90 x 2.00) and a complete bathroom. There are sheets and towels, air conditioning and heating in the entire apartment. The apartment can accommodate up to three people on the two beds and a comfortable sofa-bed located in the lounge.
Payments by credit cards are accepted.
If you are interested in reserving this apartment over the Christmas or New Year period, please keep in mind that the owners will not accept reservations with check-ins/check-outs on the 25th December or the 1st January.

Die Wohnung war super, sauber und auch für 3 Personen ausreichend groß. U-Bahn ca 2 Min. entfernt, genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

L'appartamento era ben collegato, peccato per l'eccessiva vicinanza alla metro che disturbava un pò la quiete del condominio e una serranda rotta che faceva entrare la luce troppo presto la mattina. Complessivamente pulito e un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. L'accoglienza è stata ottima. Il ragazzo che ci ha dato le chiavi è stato disponibile a cambiare l'ora della consegna, ci ha consigliato ottimi posti e parlava, tra le sei lingue conosciute, anche italiano. Il servizio del sito è ottimo e il contratto firmato arriva puntualmente via mail.

Die Wohnung ist großzügig und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben alles sauber vorgefunden. Ein paar Handtücher mehr wäre gut gewesen, aber es gibt eine Waschmaschine. Die Kanne der Kaffemaschine ist defekt und es gibt wenige Gläser. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
