Luminous apartment in Barcelona Sants

We really enjoyed the housing. stay furniture gives a soothing setting and a lit room. You are in the heart of a neighbourhood of life Barcelona and therefore the balcony overlooks the courtyard where the proximity of everyday life is present without being opressante.... I loved the place and ...framework. in addition you have everything to maintain your laundry during your stay which is really nice. the bathroom is very nice to revisit the bath where there is some renovation to predict. room consists of two single beds but in couple, we managed to meet. A home super on the part of P. that I thank again for all. It is expected to return with friends, help them discover our nest in Barcelona. 

nous avons vraiment apprécié le logement. le mobilier du séjour donne un cadre apaisant et une pièce éclairée. Vous êtes en plein coeur d'un quartier de vie Barcelonais et donc le balcon donne sur la cour intérieure où la proximité de la vie quotidienne est présente sans être opressante.... j'ai adoré l'endroit et le cadre. en plus vous avez tout pour entretenir votre linge pendant votre séjour ce qui est vraiment agréable. la salle de bain est très jolie à revoir la baignoire où il y a quelques rénovation à prévoir. la chambre est composée de deux lits simples mais en couple, nous avons réussi malgré tout à se retrouver. Un accueil super de la part de P. que je remercie encore pour tout. On prévoit de revenir avec des amis, leur faire découvrir notre nid à Barcelone. 

The apartment is fairly new but above all is very well located. That Yes, if you go by car park it is difficult (the nearest underground parking costs 35€ / day).

El apartamento es bastante nuevo pero sobre todo está muy bien situado. Eso sí, si vas en coche particular aparcarlo resulta complicado (el parking subterráneo más cercano cuesta 35€/día).

We are very pleased, we would have liked a double bed instead of two single beds. The neighborhood is a little eccentric.

Nous sommes très satisfaits, nous aurions aimé un lit double au lieu de deux lits simples. Le quartier est un peu excentré.

Highly recommended... The Department is such which is published, silent, clean, complete, close to the Centre of the city... The only thing complicated is reached for the first time... We were very compliant! Thank you!

Sumamente recomendable.... El departamento es tal cual esta publicado, silencioso, limpio, completo, cercano al centro de la ciudad.... Lo único complicado es llegar por la primera vez...... Quedamos muy conformes! Gracias!

Very well all over the floor, quiet and appears everything showing on the web.The only drawback is the noise of the train, but you can sleep well.

Muy bien todo el piso, zona tranquila y aparece todo lo que muestran en la web. La única pega es el ruido del tren, pero se puede dormir perfectamente.

The directions were terrible - the directions as far as reaching plaza de sants were fine (helpful about the bus etc) but after that no directions were provided, and although the apartment is a mere 20m from the metro it was impossible to find without further directions (as it is tucked away, and ...the street is obscure), and the person meeting us (although a nice man) could not provide adequate directions via the phone either. It was incredibly frustrating to be honest. But eventually found the place and the contact person was very nice. Nice appartment but no toilet paper provided (! such a pain!) and there are very few dishes, all very simple and do not expect anything necessary to be found! Nice owner and comfortable stay, good location, despite the loud trains at night!  

The second night I left without hot water, call the contact person and told me to wait until night, did it and was still without water. I returned him to call and told me that I would send someone the next morning, no one came and still no hot water. The two remaining days I had to shower me with ...water cold... Very bad attention. Little attention to the client. 

La segunda noche me quede sin agua caliente, llame a la persona de contacto y me dijo que esperase hasta la noche, lo hice y seguía sin tener agua. Le volví a llamar y me dijo que me mandaría a alguien a la mañana siguiente, no vino nadie y seguía sin agua caliente. Los dos días restantes tuve... que ducharme con agua fria... Pésima atencion. Poca atención al cliente.
