3-bedroom apartment near Sagrada Familia and Parc Güell

Everything was perfect in Barcelona, the home of the owner, the apartment very well located and the time!

Tout était parfait à Barcelone, l'accueil du propriétaire, l'appartement très bien situé et le temps !

Housing very functional, clean, located in a quiet.Very friendly owner.Sagrada familia and Güell Park within walking distance.For the rest take the nearby metro or walking through a beautiful ride.If you are looking for the old stone to breathe ... old Barcelona, take shelter in the Gothic quarter, otherwise it\'s very good.

Logement très fonctionnel, propre, situé dans un quartier calme. Propriétaire très sympathique. Sagrada familia et parc guell accessibles à pied. Pour le reste prendre le métro tout proche ou a pied dans le cadre d'une belle balade. Si vous cherchez de la vieille pierre pour respirer le ...vieux Barcelone, prendre un logement dans le quartier gothique, sinon c'est très bien. 

From my point of view the apartment is in a secure neighborhood, 5 minutes walking to the next metro stop of L4, grocery store / supermarket are almost right in front of the door. You can walk to Sagrada Familia and to Park Güell from there takes around 15 to 20 min. The owner of the apartment is. ..... very friendly and helpful. The contact with him what really easy and hey what always on time, no matter in regarding to answering emails or meeting at the apartment. The apartment what clean, the walls are a bit thin and you could hear the neighbors when they were loud. It what not a quite disturbing factor for US, though.Anyway, the price performance ratio was great.

Very positive.We were at the bridge in December in family and everything was very nice. The information they gave us was very useful, floor nearby points of interest and the metro stop is located three minutes away from the House. The apartment is cozy and has many amenities (towels, hairdryer, wifi!) Without a doubt, to repeat.

Muy positiva.Estuvimos en el puente de diciembre en familia y todo fue muy agradable. La información que nos dieron fue muy util,el piso está cerca de los puntos de interés y la parada de metro se encuentra a tres minutos de la casa. El piso es acogedor y dispone de muchas comodidades (toallas, secador, wifi!!) Sin duda, para repetir.

Excellent and great value apartment in a great location. Playstation 2 was an added bonus and information about Barcelona in the apartment was comprehensive (in both Spanish and English)

Our stay was very pleasant. The apartment is clean and well located.Contact with the owner went well past well that we do not speak Spanish or English and that he does not speak French. The value for money of this form of housing is very interesting to discover Barcelona.

Notre séjour à été très agréable. L'appartement est propre et bien situé.Le contact avec le propriétaire s'est bien passé bien que nous ne parlons pas espagnol ni anglais et que lui ne parle pas français. Le rapport qualité prix de cette formule de logement est très intéressante pour découvrir Barcelone.

Apartment pleasant and well equipped, ideally located close to the Sagrada Familia and metro station. Just as pleasant home. A place to recommend.

Appartement agréable et bien équipé, idéalement situé à proximité de la Sagrada Familia et d'une station de métro. Accueil tout aussi agréable. Une adresse à recommander.

the window of one of the 3 rooms gave onto an inner courtyard = it was dark and you couldn\'t open the window due to unpleasant odours. There were only 4 forks... and not dish in oven and stoves were very used. Overall, despite a few remarks I have made, we were quite pleased by the following = wifi... and computer and printer, some reserves of base (paper towels, garbage cans, household products, pasta, rice, etc...) and the owner was really a helpful and very friendly. 

la fenêtre d'une des 3 chambres donnait sur une cour intérieure = elle était sombre et on ne pouvait pas ouvrir la fenêtre du fait des mauvaises odeurs. il n'y avait que 4 fourchettes..... et pas de plat à four, et les poêles étaient très usagées. Dans l'ensemble, malgré les quelques ...remarques que j'ai faites, nous avons été assez satisfaits par les points suivants = le wifi et l'ordinateur ainsi que l'imprimante, quelques réserves de base (essuie-tout, poubelles, produits ménagers, pâtes, riz, etc....) et le propriétaire était vraiment d'une grande gentillesse et très aimable.
