Description
This nice 70m2 apartment is situated on the first floor of a seven-storey building with elevator in a superb location, just 1300 metres away from Plaça Catalunya. It is decorated in minimalistic style and well equipped. The two bedrooms come both with closets for your belongings, one with two single beds (90cm), the other one with a double bed. In the 15m2 living room you will find a sofa, a nice table for your meals, TV as well as air conditioning and Wifi internet access throughout the apartment. The kitchen is equipped with a glass-ceramic stove, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a washing machine and an iron. The bathroom is small but functional and has a shower, a sink and a WC.
The apartment has been completely renovated and modernized in early 2011.
There are many advantages to a central location like this. You will find a public parking in 100 metres distance, several accesses to the public transport network a few steps away (metro L1, train and bus), two supermarkets in 200 metres distance, the Ciutadella park and the Zoo just 150 metres away, as well as public sports centre with gym, swimming pool, whirlpool in 100 metres distance. The apartment is also close to the bus station Estación del Norte, which offers many bus services, including a direct service to and from Girona airport.

Metro lines L1 L2 L3 L4 L5line 4 of the metro will carry you straight down to Barceloneta beach, while purple line 2 stops right outside the Sagrada Família. Loads of buses to boot (the Estació del Nord bus terminal is nearby).

L'appartamento è molto carino e dotato di tutti i confort, in una zona molto tranquilla e centralissima, si raggiunge il centro in pochi minuti anche a piedi. Davvero una buona scelta ad un prezzo conveniente!

Une toile était mal fixée, mais la situation a été rapidement réglée. En outre, la rue était bruyante, tôt, en raison des travaux importants effectués sur le bâtiment d'en face. Par contre, nous avons grandement apprécié la proximité du métro, de la boulangerie, de la pharmacie... et de la mer. Nous aurions apprécié avoir un téléphone à l'appartement en cas d'urgence (nous nous sommes fait voler notre portable à 23h un samedi soir... L'absence de téléphone a compliqué nos démarches).

Overall, the accommodation was very good. Clean, tidy and everything it said on the box. The location and accommodation for our stay (4 of us) in the apartment in Barcelona was really pleasing. The room(s) were bright and clean. The facilities were exactly as they were described.

The place is excelent, the location is great because you can walk to everywhere, and if you want to visit someplace far you have train and metro / underground train quite near. The facilities are great, and it has everything (matresses, kitchen equipment). The clean has also good, so i would advice anyone use this apartment.

The apartment was located in a good area close to the metro and within walking distance to the Born area. Cleanliness was important to me and the apartment was neat and clean with the exception of the couch. We covered the couch with a blanket. Beds were not the most comfortable but were fine for a week. I particularly liked that the doors had double locks and the foyer area was locked as well. I would recommend this apartment for a brief stay.

Non nettoyé à notre arrivée (toilette: dépôt, douche: cheveux, poils, appartement: pleins de moutons de poussière). Ballon d'eau chaude éteint. Pas de chauffage ni de couverture au début. chauffage et cuisine en même temps impossible les plombs sautent!!!
