Bedroom in a very big apartment, which has a surface area of 280m2. The apartment has 3 bedrooms (two are doubles and the other is single). The apartment is on the second floor (which is really the third floor), in a building without a lift.
This is a single room overlooking an aired and sunny inner courtyard. It has: a single bed, a bedside table, wardrobe, a chair, a fridge and a rubbish bin. There is an electric fan system operational in the summer and heating in the winter.
The owner lives in the apartment block.

Very frienly landlord, excellent location. Room had no window towards the ouside, was a little bit loud in the night and early morning, but it was ok. Appartment and bathroom was very nicely decorated. I can recommend the place.

Senora Olive was very friendly and helpful, the room was much smaller than expected from the picture, but it was alright.

It was way overpriced. I couldn\'t access my room or get the keys until 6 p.m. which meant I had to wait on the street until the landlady came. She did tell me she couldn\'t be there beforehand, but that shouldn\'t happen. I had to climb 86 stairs with 2 suitcases and the room was the size of a closet. On the day of my departure she didn\'t offer any breakfast.
