Two-bedroom apartment next to Las Ramblas of Barcelona.

Die Lage ist super, El Raval ist ein belebtes und somit auch ein wenig lautes Viertel - für die Nacht sind Ohropax zu empfehlen. Aber wer's ruhig haben will, sollte auch nicht mitten in der Stadt wohnen. Die Bilder halten ihr Versprechen. Die Wohnung ist zwar einfach, aber sehr hübsch und liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet bis auf ein paar Küchengeräte alles, was man benötigt. Kurz ein idealer Startpunkt für Entdeckungstouren in Barcelona

Lage war sehr zentral und vieles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Treppenhaus könnte man eher als 4 als 2 Stockwerke beschreiben, was mit Koffer nicht ganz einfach zu bewältigen ist. Die Wohnung könnte an einigen Ecken mal wieder renoviert werden. Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir aber sehr zufrieden. Vor allem die zentrale Lage ist super. Sehr freundlicher und guter Service. Alle Beanstandungen und Probleme wurden sofort gelöst und wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft in der Wohnung empfangen, wo uns alles wichtige mitgeteilt wurde. Gerne wieder!

The apartment is very good. It is a traditional flat and although advertised as being on the 2nd floor it's not the same as a UK 2nd floor, it's up a lot of stairs! The apartment is well furnished and has been well looked after. The kitchen, living room and bedrooms are all a good size and very comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything you'd need. The bathroom is very small and is a wet room which takes a while to dry. The hot water was a little irregular, and if 4 of you go then don't expect to all be able to shower, the water often ran out after 1 or 2 people. However these were only minor issues and we had a great stay. El Raval isn't the nicest part of Barcelona and it was a little rough in the evening, however in the day time it is fine and the apartment is very close to supermarkets, shops and some really nice bars and restaurant. It's a 5min walk to La Ramblas and Liceu metro stop. The contact person was excellent, very knowledgable and allowed us to check in early as we had an early flight. The website was easy to use and everything was fine.

Lovely renovated appartment in the living El Ravael part of Barcelona.

"Altbau" in Barcelona war gewöhnungsbedürftig; würde man in Deutschland als heruntergekommen bezeichnen. Badezimmer mit ca. 1 qm und Duschkopf neben Klo, kennt man noch aus dänischen Ferienhäusern von vor 20 Jahren. Wohnung mit einfachen Mitteln liebevoll zurechtgemacht, aber schlecht isoliert: nachts sehr laut! Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer ok, aber reicht für Wohnung/ insbes. Schlafzimmer nicht aus. Anfang Juli also nicht zu empfehlen, wenn man empfindlich ist. Ansonsten nett; haben uns trotz anfänglicher Skepsis wohl gefühlt. Aber wir sind auch hartgesottene Großstädter --- zart beseiteten Naturellen würde ich eher die durchklimatisierten Hotels mit 24-Stunden-Rezeption empfehlen, die es zum selben Preis in besagtem Stadtkern auch gibt. Positiv: Sehr netter und bemühter Vermieter mit guten Englischkenntnissen!

L'unico problema è l'acqua calda che lo scaldino era troppo piccolo per 4 persone.

nota di OH (06/04/10) il proprietario ci avvisa que lo scaldabagno é elettrico e ha una capacitá di 50litri.

Das Bad sollte mal renoviert werden, und ein paar neue Kochtöpfe wäre auch angebracht. Annsonsten zentrumsnahe Lage, sehr geräumig. Sehr netter und hilfbereiter Kontakt.
