How to get the Discount Card
The discount card is completely free to all those with a confirmed apartment, hotel or B&B reservation made via Oh-Barcelona.com in one of the following destinations: Barcelona, Costa Brava or Costa Dorada. The discounts can be used from your day of arrival at the accommodation up until 1 week after your check-out date.
Once you have your booking, to get your discounts just follow these easy steps:
- 1. Print out the voucher (one for each member of your party):
- a. From the confirmation page of your reservation
- b. Or via a link included in the email sent to you confirming your booking
- c. If you are travelling in more than 1 month from the day you make your reservation, we recommend that you print off copies nearer to your check-in date in case we add new discounts or have to change or discontinue others.
- 2. Come to Barcelona with your vouchers and decide which activities you want to do.
- 3. It is recommended that you book your activities 24-48 hours in advance directly with the company offering the activity (check the relevant voucher to make sure no restrictions apply).
- 4. Upon payment to the company, cut out and present them with the relevant voucher from the Oh-Barcelona Discount Card. If you wish to repeat the activity, please ask the company directly to see if they will allow you a second chance to use the discount.
- 5. In all cases make sure to read our General Terms and Conditions thoroughly (see below) and also the Terms and Conditions of the companies offering the activities. If you have any questions, please contact us by email at discountcard@oh-barcelona.com.

Terms and Conditions
THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ("Terms") govern the use of the Oh-Barcelona.com (further referred to as "Website") Discount Card (further referred to as "Card"). Any of the products of third party Companies (further referred to as "Partners") offering discounts via the Card each have their own set of Terms and Conditions and in all cases should be referred to in advance of contracting their services.
The Discount Card
- 1. The Card is valid only for clients of Open House Spain. In order to benefit from the discounts a confirmed booking must previously have been made for accommodation in Barcelona, Costa Brava or Costa Dorada via its Website.
- 2. The Card is valid from the date of your arrival at your accommodation until one week after the check-out date of your reservation with Oh-Barcelona.com. In certain cases the validity will cover fewer days due to the expiry of the discount occurring during the normal validity of the card or due to the discount being the result of a short-term offer that is available for only a limited period of time. All validity dates are printed on the vouchers for each discount and should be referred to in all cases.
- 3. To be eligible for the discount you must present the relevant voucher to the Partner. Without the voucher, the Partner has the right to refuse access to the discount or offer normally available to the clients of Oh-Barcelona.com. Please read the voucher carefully for any special conditions that apply to each offer.
- 4. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with each other nor with any other special offers that the partner may have available.
- 5. Offers are not cumulative.
- 6. Your contract for any of the listed activities will be made directly with the Partners and not with Oh-Barcelona.com. Please make sure you read all Partner Terms and Conditions before booking an activity.
- 7. The discount card does not guarantee the availability of the activities.
- 8. The "Partner" has the right to withdraw the discount at any time for whatever reason without prior warning.
- 9. Oh-Barcelona is not responsible for any of the activities of its Partners, nor for any of the content on the Partners websites.
- 10.Oh-Barcelona.com is not responsible for any damage, prejudice, loss and /or costs caused by the activities contracted with the Partners, either during the activity or the transportation to it.
- 11.Oh-Barcelona reserves the right to change any or all of these Terms, impose further conditions of usage or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Card at any time without prior notice.
