At the family-run Albareda youth hostel, the owners pride themselves on creating a tranquil and welcoming environment which will leave guests eager to return in future.
A hospitable atmosphere is created by the round-the-clock service, with staff ready to help out in whatever way they can to make your stay enjoyable. Shared rooms for up to six people are available.
The various facilities include a fully equipped kitchen, common room, a library, games room, two computers and free internet access in both the rooms and the hostel’s lobby. There’s even a Spanish guitar for more musically minded guests. There are separate bathrooms for boys and girls and hot water available 24 hours. Breakfast is included in the price and rooms are cleaned every day.
The hostel is located just a few seconds away from Paral•lel Avenue and within easy walking distance of the Ramblas. Nearby there are numerous theatres, cinemas, night clubs, bars, and cultural centres. The beautiful green area of Montjuic can be reached very easily (just five minutes on foot) as can the Gothic quarter and Plaza Colon. As the Paral•lel metro stop is very close to the hostel, guests will have no problems getting around the city.
