Its excellent location near a mouth of underground and around basic shops and catering establishments.

Su excelente ubicación cercana a una boca de metro y alrededor de establecimientos básicos de hosteleria y comercios.

It could be slightly improved cleaning of the room, especially towels and sheets. Room noisy Street, much hear and be heard even slightly the metro passing.

Cabría mejorar un poco la limpieza de la habitación, especialmente de toallas y sábanas. Habitación ruidosa al oírse mucho la calle, e incluso oírse levemente el metro pasando.

The location is very central, only a few minutes away from the subway.Very good infrastructure in the wider supermarkets, cafes, etc. Staff spoke only Spanish, we could agree but good.Rooms are newly renovated, however old Bausubstanz.Rezeption occupied around the clock.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, nur wenige Minuten von der U-Bahn entfernt. Sehr gute Infrastruktur in der Umgebung- Supermärkte, Cafés, etc. Personal sprach nur Spanisch, wir konnten uns aber gut verständigen. Zimmer sind neu renoviert, allerdings alte Bausubstanz. Rezeption rund um die Uhr besetzt.

Room with view on a very unattractive backyard (for this but probably not as loud as the rooms to the Hauptstraße-of a light vibration by the Metro including once apart).Heating didn\'t work, there were additional heating on request. Summary: ...price-performance not a luxury Palace was absolutely acceptable, but clean and bathroom was appropriate in order. 

Zimmer mit Blick auf einen ausgesprochen unattraktiven Hinterhof (dafür allerdings vermutlich nicht so laut wie die Zimmer zur Hauptstraße- von einem leichten Vibrieren durch die Metro darunter einmal abgesehen). Heizung funktionierte nicht, ...Zusatzheizung gab es auf Anfrage. Resümee: Preis-Leistung war absolut akzeptabel, kein Luxuspalast, aber sauber und zweckmäßig, eigenes Bad war in Ordnung. 

Der Eigentümer der Unterkunft bestätigt, dass die Heizung nun korrekt funktioniert und ein angenehmer Aufenthalt garantiert ist.

Bathroom: managing water not hot/cold water in the bathtub. Smell of remferme returning in the House

Salle de bain : Gestion eau chaude/eau froide impossible dans la baignoire. Odeur de remfermé en rentrant dans la chambre
