The Hostel Nitzs BCN was completely reformed in 2009 and offers modern and designer facilities in the very centre of Barcelona. An ideal location in the very heart of the city within the famous Barrio Gótico means visitors are just a stroll from the city’s main historical and cultural attractions set within one of Barcelona’s most authentic districts.
The hostel is just a few minutes’ walk from the most interesting tourist and cultural sites such as the Cathedral, the world famous Ramblas, the port and the leisure complex of Mare Magnum, the Plaza Cataluña, the Picasso Museum and the MACBA. There are numerous bars, shops and restaurants located in the surrounding area. The two nearest metro stations ‘liceu’ and ‘Jaume I’ provide quick and easy access all over the city.
The hostel is located in a quiet street alongside the Town Hall and on the second floor of a building that includes part of the medieval city wall. The accommodation offers the perfect combination of a unique location with the best facilities in the area and a completely personalized service. Their policy of high quality and cleanliness as well as a full range of services ensures guests experience a truly pleasant stay in the city.
The Nitzs BCN has twelve rooms, all with WIFI internet connection, a kitchen-dining room that is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, American-style counter and pleasant lounge where guests can relax, read, listen to music or enjoy the Digital LCD TV and PC with free internet connection. There is also an internal laundry service, drinks and snacks on sale and a 24 hour reception.
For greater comfort there is also air conditioning in all communal areas and heating throughout the hostel. All rooms have a ceiling fan. The WIFI internet connection in all rooms, sheets, towels and daily cleaning service are completely free of charge.

A deposit of 20 euros will be requested for the room key which is fully refunded on its return.
IMPORTANT INFO: For bookings arriving from 1st November 2012, there is a 0.75 EUR city tax per person per night, which is not included in the price. People under 17 years old are exempt. The rate applies to a maximum of 7 nights stay per person.
